Explained well, thanks. I noticed the battery dropped from 3 to 1 bars on the camera when connecting and transferring the image, is this really a battery intensive process?
A little perhaps, but not as much as what you might have (very observantly) noticed in my video. I made quite a lot of mistakes on the day I shot the first part of the video, because I was still learning how to get things right myself. For example I took my first set of flower photos in RAW when I should have been using JPEG. So what you saw was selected clips from a number of takes I shot along the way.
Thanks for the overview. I'm probably never going to use a phone app on a device without color management to build a LUT. At best, I might use it to edit an image for a quick social post. The glacial WiFi connection time is quite a barrier to use. And it's disappointing that Panasonic didn't just expand the feature set of the Lumix Sync app to include these editing/LUT features.
Thanks for sharing this info, I have been trying to connect the app with G9 /GH5 for weeks with no luck, Only to find out now after watching your video it does not support GH5 and the G9. I guess just have to wait and see if Panasonic can fix this, which will be great. Again thank you for sharing this.
Thanks for demonstrate this app. I like your videos, very good informations

Yes you should be able to use the Lumix Sync app on those cameras but Lumix Lab only available for newer models.
@@naturesimagephotography I have tried so many times to connect G9 m1, I can connect the G9 to my phone (Bluetooth) but the app will not. Thanks
