I used to play it on an old i5-520m GMA5700MHD and 3gb ram (ThinkPad T410) and it was running on like 24fps with the lowest stock graphics possible (25% scaling)

Bro, go to config file in documents, and find resolution numbers, and change it to your display resolution(1280x720)

Yes bro u can play ets 2 on your pc, but better is to play version 1.35 or lower because intel igpu is no supported like a nvidea or amd on higher ets 2 versions
