Lumen Global Illumination solves diffuse indirect lighting. For example, light bouncing diffusely off a surface picks up the color of that surface and reflects back. #unrealenginetutorial

Spend hours trying to fix weird flickering on my characters right arm with lumen enabled. Searched forums and many videos.
This less than 2 minute video fixed the whole problem. Straight to the point and improved the lighting for my game drastically. I cannot thank you enough mate
My meshes end up as Instanced actors instead and whenever I save UE ignores the changes I make to them, any advice on this?
Quais escalas você utilizou nesses materiais poderia me passar?
The thing is how to make it less heavy and playable in games. For example possible to make it volume based, you know, like water volume? Can we mix baking lighting with lumen? thanks
As Unreal Sensei's video impression about UE 5.3 stated, yeah
Won't hardware ray tracing when available, improve performance on lumen? You didn't enable that option but still went and turned off hardware ray tracing shadows..
this video helped me
That project settings window was weird haha
Hi. Please can you tell me why you would... Unable, Ray Traced Shadows. Thank you
Yes! It gives smooth and better shadows for your environment!
Thank you very much for a Quick answer, appreciated.@@lonewolf_studio
@@richardchipstick235 always doing my best🙏🤞
You could create a video about a new project to setup the lights on 5.3.
I can’t click on Lumen cause it is greyed out

@@lonewolf_studio 😅
i always dissable that feature cuz it tanks my fps, i could have it on high settings and get like 80 fps but with it off i get 120 fps lmao
I hope you know your thumbnail is wrong. its "correct"
Coorect tho
Something is wrong with lumen...things aren't as glossy as screen space...and skylights also turn things matte...
