Hi. Im using the same meter. I have a 25.2V LiPo battery and I want to calculate its internal resistance. I set the full voltage to 25.2 and cut off voltage to 19.8. I even entered the shunt resistor value (100A). But when I'm connecting he battery SOC is not working. Why is that happening?
@@freshersofbose456 I'm afraid not, the meter only measures the current flow, irrespective of the direction. So both charging and discharge will accumulate.
Excellent. Glad i watched your video before i install the same battery monitor. Very informative. Thanks. Steve from Scotland UK
I'm glad you like it.
Very good explaination of the popular Ebay battery monitor. Your video provided all the information I was looking for. Thanks!
Glad you liked it.
Very good video. I read the instructions 10 times but didn’t understand it until I watched your video. Thank you very much.
Glad it helped
Good to see a man of my people helping me in on this 👍🏿
I'm glad to be of help.
@@diyfalke upgraded from 12V flooded batteries to 24V lithium and now the monitor does not show the SOC.... Have you experienced that issue?
@@vroor32 Hi, have you set the Full state of charge voltage and the empty state of charge voltage?
@@diyfalke yes. First set of blinks set to 27.2V (High) and second set of blinks set to 22V (Low)
Very informative and helpful. A scotsman in the philippines.
Thank you. Your an excellent teacher 👍
Thank you brother from Belgium
I love the video… it’s enlightening ❤️💯💯
Thanks for your info best video so far explains all :) and i have subscribed
Thanks for the sub!
Good
Thanks
Please how I'm going to know how much power is going in to the battery

This helped so much. Thank you! Also: what is that white box on top of your battery? I think I’ve been looking for something like that.

Not for people who are hard of hearing.
Nor for people who do not understand persons of hard accents!!!
How to show the internal resistance? In my device it just show - - - after the load connected.
thank you ..i think i can finally understand how to install the dam thing ...tho programming it looks like a nightmare

Does it measure the current in 2way . I mean without changing the wiring does it measure both charging and discharging current. Plz reply bro

Great job there! Can this be installed on a 48v lithium battery?
Definitely, it can handle 0-200 DC voltage.

what a nonsensical shunt. It only counts positive currents. Whatever the direction, he adds everything.
