Very true that using a bike in daily life means carrying things. We all have to carry groceries and a backpack making your back sweat is no fun. This bike answers a need. I'd like to see a video of grocery getting with panniers

Cool, I'll keep that in mind and try to do a demo with panniers in a future review :)

Could you make a review about the Haibike SDURO HardSeven SL?

Sure, I'll definitely keep an eye out for it at Interbike this year. I've reviewed several other Haibikes here: electricbikereview.com/category/haibike/ hope that helps a bit in the meantime :)

It seems with the lower watt motor it gives you more range as it is not sucking up the juice.....at least it seems that way. So, I wonder, If you have a 350 watt motor with a big 48 volt 20 ah battery will it run forever as it is not sucking the life out of the battery? This bike would be good for me if it had a low step model.

That's sort of right, I think higher watt motors and higher voltage could improve efficiency for increased weight vs. letting the motor struggle. I've heard that for riders under 180 lbs the 350 watt 36 volt combination is good but over 180 moving to a 500 watt 48 volt battery gives you more range because the motor can handle the increased load more efficiently.

ElectricBikeReview.com I agree. I was thinking if I lowered my drive from 1000 watt to 500 watt that around town on flat ground the bike would go further. Be good!
