Not hating or anything because i love sublime, but they could’ve chose a better vocalist than rome, maybe he isnt too bad, but for it to be sublime they could’ve got someone with more charisma and passion in their voice. The legacy could’ve been greater, and can still be.

Not some knockoff walmart brand Bon Scott. That's fine for a cover band gimmick. You could go watch them for like $10 and have a good time. But no way could I take them serious if I saw a wanna be Bradley Nowell up there dressed exactly like him and trying to copy his vocal style and mannerisms. It would just be too weak.

If you think his singing is good in this particular performance, you know nothing about singing. WAY better covers of this song out there. I’m not trying to shit on Rome, but this “sublime with Rome” act should’ve never been related to sublime. The fact they didn’t just name the band something else shows their level of confidence in succeeding.. Dave Grohl for example. Idk I hate sounding like a hater and I get that they are keeping the music of brad alive, but something about it is just off-setting for me/:
