My license only have bar code in it. And DL extract has been stamped on the bottom not on the photo. So there is only one stamp on the DL Extract. Will my license and extract work in Canada?
Yes it will work, it should be stamped, doesn’t matter if it’s stamped on the photo or not!👍🏼

First of all thank you for your support and secondly talking about your DL Extract, just contact your nearest RTO and ask or it if it’s processed properly, because I think the fees should be somewhere around 50-100₹ but it depends from city to city so I would suggest you to contact the RTO once!

Just tell them your application number ( the one you received as a text message ).

I found it, there is an option to download the DL extract print on the website. Next to the learner license tab, click on the driving license tab, and then click on the DL extract print option

You will need that number as there will be an OTP sent to it. What you can do is thta you can change your number as well.
Computer generated DL extract works ? But i dont have any stamps on it. It says 'computer generated letter doesnt require signature'

No it should not be a problem, but just for the safer side you should have valid proof to justify your different addresses.

You cannot get the soft copy, Someone has to go to RTO on your behalf and they will have to get it for you and then mail it to you!👍🏼

There is an option to download the DL extract print on the website. Next to the learner license tab, click on the driving license tab, and then click on the DL extract print option, and then follow the steps. But for the seal and signature, you have to visit the RTO.

DL extract has no expiry date, it is just a hard copy in a paper form of your Driving License!

Here if you need to skip G2 you need at-least 2 years of driving experience from your home country so just make sure if you have that otherwise you will have to give G2.

You have to visit the RTO to receive it.
It says on the portal but you have to go there.
