Its not compulsory but if you have DL extract then you can skip your written test and also you don't have to wait for year for appearing driving test.

I visited rto office but the officer said me that its ok, its valid without stamp and if also said its necessary than you can provide rto website link which is given in DL extract

In manitoba, they ask for insurance payment details and contact information of rto which is not mentioned on Gujarat DL extract

You can do both, bring 11 months dl extract with stam as well as do apply from canada and try to submit both. Also tell them to consider new one and for verification considered old one.

Thare is not any expiry date available on DL extract but i suggest that you have to use 6 months old DL extract only for any purpose.

You can visit rto for stemp and its better if rto officer will give you stemp on DL extract else its also valid. So try to bring stemped copy but if officer don't give you stemp then its ok, its also valid.

Thare is no any validity date mentioned in DL so its valid but I suggest you have to carry new DL which is not old then 6 months

Yes, you can apply for DL extract in india but its may be not valid in canada because your licence is not 1 year old. But you can carry DL extract may be they accept 8 months old licence DL extract.
