@King_baldwin_the_4th same here. I wrote a poem about him. If we all handled our afflictions as well as he handled his leprosy then we would all be better men.
Even the weary knight dreams of victory beyond the battlefield. 'I dreamt for so long' reminds us that the greatest battles are won when we lay our swords at the feet of the King of Kings. 🕊⚔
This one... this one here my Liege.. this is the one. I sit here teary eye reflecting.. My favourite by far🥹 Thank you spiritual brother. I think I speak on behalf of many when I say these melodies really help mentally recover when we're having a terrible day. Keep blessing us🙏🏻
In the quiet hours, when the world fell silent, I dreamt for so long, woven threads of hope, stitched with whispers of yearning, each scene painted in colors only the heart could understand. I dreamed of mountains, their peaks kissed by clouds, each summit a promise, a place where the horizon stretched, where the sun dipped into new beginnings and the stars sang lullabies of wishes. I wandered through forests, each tree a guardian of secrets, roots deep in wisdom, leaves shimmering with stories of those who dared to believe, to dance in the light of possibility. I soared above valleys, ribbons of rivers tracing life’s journey, each twist and turn an echo of laughter and tears, a reminder that every stream carries the weight of dreams, flowing onward, forever. In those dreams, laughter rang like crystal bells, and I painted worlds with the brush of my imagination, filling the canvas of night with visions of joy, of love, of all that could be. But as dawn unfurled its wings, I awoke in a hush, the dreams still clinging to my soul, a lingering warmth, a spark kindled in the chest, reminding me that dreams, though they may fade with the light, can ignite a fire within, pushing me to seek, to forge ahead and make the unreal real, to dream anew, for the journey has just begun.
"Glorfindel was tall and straight; his hair was of shining gold, his face fair and young and fearless and full of joy; his eyes were bright and keen, and his voice like music; on his brow sat wisdom, and in his hand was strength..." This doesn't have anything to do with anything, this track just made that passage spring to mind, and what an epic passage it is
Squire, rouse, at length has been thy slumber. Rise to see the barbarian gorge and horde on all his plunder. Wake up from sleep, the kingdom's on knees It bows before a tyrant, now I beg thee please. Rouse before the end is nigh, rouse before the kingdom dies. Doubts and fear are always there, but a king is he who tries. Pound the bed thou sleepeth on, Douse yourself in living waters. Adorn thy flesh thy armour don, Let's redeem the kingdom's martyrs! The kingdom bleeds the squire sleeps, How can the sleepy rise to knights? When will he abandon bed and sheets, And make way for the fire and lights? The lights of life and light of Christ It's waiting for your soul to rise. Abandon all sin abandon all vice, And finally see with open eyes.
Funny this video was released at the same day I woke up after sleeping until 1 am. I dreamt of being Morocco. I looked into the mountains and onto the sea. Sun was shining into my face. I decided tomorrow I will drive through the mountains along the coast. It never happened because I woke up and returned to my dark life.

If you can dream it, you can do it. Always remember that this whole thing was started with a dream and a mouse.

How can the sleepy rise to knights?
When will he abandon bed and sheets,
And make way for the fire and lights?
The lights of life and light of Christ
It's waiting for your soul to rise.
Abandon all sin abandon all vice,
And finally see with open eyes.
Do one with blunt weapon!!!
