Been watching you and your family on LPBW since 2005 and just want to say I think you’re a great person! So happy for you and that you found someone who seems to truly care for you and not put you down - and loves your food! Thanks for all the cooking videos and I’ve learned a lot. God bless you Amy and Chris!
I am Irish, but where I live (NY) it’s called big ziti as well -that’s even how it’s spelled on the box. Love Amy though and love her videos and the funny thing is because of the disability I cannot want to stand on enough to cook, but I still enjoy watching her and I’m so happy that she met Chris- such a lovely couple.❤️
I have no idea why on my previous post, there’s a line through half of what I’ve written (?). Anyway, I love watching Amy and I love that she met Chris and she’s having such a good life.
I was going to make spaghetti today, as I have a loaf of fresh garlic bread to go with it. But Now I'm going to be making this Delicious Dish. I can't wait to eat Dinner tonight.
I enjoy your cooking shows. I'm 60 now and started off as a dishwasher and then a cook did that for 25 years then went to office work. I have found memories of make 60 quart pot of sauce and such. I watched a few of your videos last night and starred them with my sister. I find it interesting to see how others make dishes you have made for years and always pick up a new trick or two along the way. So happy you found Chris, it's true love is better the second time around. Wishing you both all the best!
Amy, I love your comment about getting every little bit out the can. When I was young in the 1960's my grandmother MaMaw saw me open a can of sauce and dump it in the pan. She then took the can and explained that I needed to scoop out the can to get "every little bit" out. Then she ran a drizzle of water out of the faucet into the can. She stirred the inside so well that the can was clean. She said not to waste any of goodness of the product. This is something I do obsessively to this day. While living in the era of WWII and dealing with rationing she must have learned this. I am glad I got her advice and to this day have a vivid image of her showing me this trick. You have me hooked now on your cooking videos and I so enjoy your simplicity in explaining the steps in preparation. Love watching you share your talent. Thanks
Amy I love watching ur family shows especially Jackson and his sister. Its very heart warming to see this side of u loving the kitchen. Amy u are a very strong woman with a big heart and has come a long way. Something that I also see in Jackson. I'm love him to bits. He's so intelligent and strong for his age which I guess he gets from grandma. Lots of luv and good luck with ur cooking.
Sra Amy en nuestra familia no nos cansamos de verlos asi sean repetidos los capitulos, los admiramos a todos, pero especialmente a Ud , desde Venezuela saludos-
Hi Amy & Chris, I’m from Northern Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 You two are an amazing couple and I love you both! I’m a Nan and I love my Grandson to Infinity as he would say🥰 I love Italian Food and when I buy the ingredients I will try this recipe. It looks delicious. God Bless you both on your new Wedding Journey together. I’ve watched Little People, Big World since it started. Can’t wait to watch the full Wedding Video in May 2022😘😘😘 I am a Christian also and I treasure my faith, I love the Lord. I invite Holy Spirit to bake/cook with me as well as shop with me. I need to invite Him more in doing things with me like crafts etc. He is my Helper and I give the Lord all the Glory🔥🔥🔥
Debbie, that's a good reminder to me - To Invite The Lord in All I do. I know He's always with me but for me To Invite Him makes is more intentional on my part.
I also quit making so many casseroles because of not having as many people at home. Then I started making the casseroles again but putting them in smaller pans and freezing them into multiple pans and having smaller portions. Same delicious casserole but smaller, also works for my daughter to take to college and make a smaller amount for herself, just shops in my freezer for home cooked dinners. Love watching you!!
Amy, I was getting real tired of you hitting road blocks and not being heard. So happy you are with someone that considers you an equal and supportive. Thank you Chris for making Amy happy again. I enjoy your cooking videos. I dont watch videos much but you cook familiar dishes with an interesting twist. More flavor. Yummy! I enjoyed the shows when you were doing photography. Best wishes to you and Chris for a long and happy life.
I swear, bowls are the new socks! I've had a couple of mine disappear. One can never have too many bowls. I really like the idea of mixing the chopped parsley into the ricotta. I always seem to add a touch of green somewhere for color in a dish!
You two are such a beautiful, loving and inspiring couple! I'm sincerely very happy for you that you found each other and I wish you many years of happiness and good health to enjoy everything Life has in store for you. 💗
Oh my gosh! I want that now!! When you say you want to get out the last little bit, I love it because I do the same thing and I get frustrated watching other cooking shows where they leave so much behind!!
I just can not STAND MATT!!! what a selfish man and he thinks they are going to be there for him , well he's got a lot coming, he is going to be one lonely man
Only thing better than pasta is Baked pasta !! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏 This looked so good 😊 how can you go wrong with garlic Parmesan and pasta with tomato sauce !! Comfort food !!! Glad ou and Chris enjoyed this 🥰🥰🙏🙏🙏
Although I prefer a Rigatoni for baking because the ridges hold more sauce mix over Ziti more for soup you are so right Amy ,its good to curl up to a baked pasta any night of the week. My Nonnina woke every day, got a large pot out, added olive oil, garlic, tapped her toes awhile and threw in either tomatoes which meant it was gonna be a pasta or a whole chicken.which was a soup day. N then go about her day. I can still hear her yelling "Don't lift the lid!" Those were probably my first words. Keep on cooking Amy. Its refreshing to view your imperfect perfect sometimes. You make me feel like I could come over and cook with you too. 😁
Hi Amy, I made your delicious meatballs in the Italian wedding soup, my husband of 45 years loved it and said you need to make this again🙂👍 thank you for sharing with us here in Boston Massachusetts 🌻
She said she will continue to use Roloff as her "professional" name and use Chris's name in her personal life. I've noticed she has started saying "welcome to Amy's Little Kitchen" instead of Amy "Roloff's" Little Kitchen on her cooking videos after the wedding. We'll still hear her say it the old way sometimes because she reposts her old cooking videos on a regular basis.
I love watching your cooking . My Daughter is Amy also and we just started our youtube channel.. We like all your videos and we enjoyed watching you and Chris.
This is my first time seeing you on your cooking Show Amy. I love your enthusiasm. You make me want to go out and pick up all the ingredients right now. Keep it up Dear.
Thanks. One takes is all the time I have. I cook, video tape and take the photos by myself so you could say a one woman show. I'm grateful for a fantastic person that helps me edit the videos. That is one thing I don't know how to do.
Love you’re cooking you are a special lady always smiiling. Also very funny good attitude You make my day at my age don’t do much cooking iam 86 enjoy. Watching you With Love

Wow it's really great to see you Amy cause ❤ I love you & glad to see you are doing well & Chris I truly wish you both a Happy life together ❤ 💝💗💓💞💕💟❣💖
Hi Amy!!! I love watching your recipes. Just a quick question did you take Chris's last name? I just watched your beautiful wedding and I was just curious! Love from Arizona!!!❤🧡🌵
I make a version of this pasta bakes are so easy and a family pleaser. I have even made it with spaghetti noodles and macaroni noodles. Sometimes you just have to ha a pasta bake with what you have. Meat sauce- noodles - cheese. Yummy yummy 😋
I'm Italian and I grew up eating and cooking Italian foods. The Baked Ziti looked delicious. Mostaccioli looks much like Penne noodle but it's smooth on the outside. Penne has ridges. It's all still pasta. I grew up in Chicago we pronounced Mostaccioli as Must-a-choo-lee. Hope that helps. Keep on cooking. 😊
Just a tip Amy, if u add the tomato sauce to the meat before is all the way cooked the meat will separate by it’s self , break down into smaller pieces.. just aFYI , love ur videos girl
Amy me encanta tus recetas, hemos visto por muchos años lo fantástica y valerosa madre que eres, felicitaciones te queremos en LATINOAMÉRICA, podrían traducir al español, gracias

Looks good Amy!! If you are looking for a more creamy texture use 1/2 mozzarella and 1/2 Fontina instead of all mozzarella. I also add about 1/4 cup of chopped pepperoni to the ssuce which gives it a nice little flavor kick from the spices container in the pepperon. My Norna never made a sauce without pepperoni.

Hi Amy!!! I love watching your recipes. Just a quick question did you take Chris's last name? I just watched your beautiful wedding and I was just curious! Love from Arizona!!!❤🧡🌵

My formal name is now Amy J Roloff-Marek but in business my name is Amy Roloff and what I use professionally
I love everything you make Amy it is a big hit with my family ♥️🥰

I also add about 1/4 cup of chopped pepperoni to the ssuce which gives it a nice little flavor kick from the spices container in the pepperon. My Norna never made a sauce without pepperoni.
Nice tip. Thanks
I will make this this Sunday. It will be a hit.Barb.
