This was just the best conversation to listen to on my Sunday morning. I was told 10 years ago that I had autoimmune disease too (multiple sclerosis) but I never owned it and started on plant based, juicing, meditating, positive attitude, grateful, exercise and I am proof that the mind, body and spirit all work together! Thank you for a beautiful conversation - health is wealth!!

It’s your choice! It’s her opinion that she’s helping dogs to live longer healthier lives! But in the end you can do with your dog as you wish!
The other side of the coin,….. It hurts me when I see extremely overweight dogs that can barely get around. Not in any way saying you have an overweight dog. I have no idea about your pups, or if you even have any. Please don’t think I’m judging. Blessings!

Pets add to the cruel inhuman slaughter of life on the planet. Others Animals are slaughtered in masses to feed your pet animal. As long as the people don’t have to raise and slaughter a animal they will happily pay for other people to slaughter for them. As long as they don’t see the blood, guts, smell, death, fear ,cruelty and terror in the slaughtered animals. I suggest people kill /eat there pets if they want some flesh to eat. Or you kill one of your pets ,grind it up and feed your other pets.

I am a 100% Raw, Vegan Superfoodist and Consciousness-Raising Coach of over 20 yrs. My Son, Kaelin and i became Certified Living Food Chef's in the early 2000's when Raw. BC. was around, here in Vancouver, B.C.,, Canada. Victoria Boutenko hired me to photograph 2 of her books' ''Eating without Heating' - shot her book back and inserts when both Valya and Serge were teens or young teen's. So many incredible memories. Her weekend workshop inspired me to go totally raw for 6 weeks. Then, i 'had' to do it for good and forever, once i noted i could no longer go back to cooked rice and salmon- in particular. Clarity is given when we clean up our gut biome. My 3rd Eye became even more decalcified. i have learned so much by letting go of yesterday's learned behaviour's. Most get stuck in childhood emotional response- not I, as i watched most of my beloved family die. My Son is now nearing 25 and i raised him over half of his life, as sacred same- as well. Wonderful interview. i have not met Mimi and i learned so much about her from your interview. i first heard of her on fb when she won her coveted title as ''Sexiest....'' Bravo. Thank you for sharing the wealth of knowledge and innate wisdom your brilliant and impassioned guest shares so brightly and beautifully, here. Love Katherine

I would have loved seeing a larger image of Mimi. It didn't help that that she was so far away from the camera and leaning back in a chair. Furthermore, there is no need to see both parties at the same time during the discussion. Since one of Mimi's selling points is how good she supposedly looks for her age, let's see that. Very unsatisfying that we can't actually see her.

I have been raw off and on for many years, and it's incredible how good I feel when I eat raw. I have been 100% for over a year two times, and I never felt so alive. My mental health skyrocketed, and my ability to meditate became effortless. I am a dancer, and when I eat at least 70%, my flexibility increases dramatically; suddenly, one day, I felt like melting butter while dancing and in my yoga practice after just a few months. I also started channeling all kinds of songs and poetry. My guides were so happy because I could hear their guidance so clearly.
It's all about vibration! I recently felt called by my guides to go back to raw, so it is no surprise they sent your video to my feed. I was immediately drawn to watch because I love Mimi, I have been following her over the years, but it's been several years since I saw her. So I had to watch. 🍑 Mimi Kirk has been leading her life as it has made sense to her for a long time now and never have I heard of her losing her health through raw veganism unlike some report experiencing. She appears to still have her full blond mane of hair as well and listening to her mental clarity at 80+ proves it does matter what we eat and how it is prepared. Most unlike her and Annette Larkins never would consider raw veganism as a remedy to bad health and dependency. I am encouraged still more to think RAW VEGAN FOODS more often when making meals for myself ty so! 🍒🍉 🍊🍏🍍🍎🍡🍇🍓🍌🍋🍆🍅🌽🍠

Lady Godiva - True we were vaccinated as babies (I’m in my 60’s now) the difference being that back then the vaccines were tried and tested over many years and most importantly one had a choice as to what went into one’s body. I’m all for vaccines but not if they are forced, if people are losing livelihoods due to opting out and big pharma are exempt from any liability, now that can’t be right surely!

For example, my grandmother lived to be 105 had no health problems and ate anything she wanted like she was a linebacker and was thin her whole life. All of her siblings lived until their late 90's even her brother was 99.

There are enzymes ALREADY PRESENT IN YOUR SALIVA and DIGESTIVE SYSTEM. They're proteins that are essential for reactions within the human body and without them you wouldn't be able to survive.

What a wonderful conversation. So interesting.I am 61 was Vegetarian for a really long time, then vegan.I try to eat raw a fair bit but still wanting to do much more.I am very much about meditation ,taught yoga for 20 years, now making my own bush flower essences, and my own tonics and oxymels etc .I believe very much in mefitation daily and the self talk ,believing you have Divine perfect health and was happy that you mentioned this. I have been through this whole 2 years ,nursed people, hugged people (that had **)and I am still healthy.Love to you...thanks for sharing and I'll be buying your cookbook.🙏

Thanks for the interview. It's so much more attractive a lifestyle where two individuals like you and mimi just seem so alive versus angry vegans preaching ab it

Yeah I don't think being angry and telling people to live a certain way is ever a way to inspire anyone !

I started Vegan Dec 19 2021 after Keto was no longer working. While I am losing a little weight DAY 1 my allergies got better and my head cleared up. Week 2 I was bouncing off the walls with energy. My splitting nail is getting better. I use beano to control gas. My system is getting so good I go pottie 3 times a day. I used to be constipated. I occasionally eat Salmon or Shrimp but not much. Today I had a portobello mushroom sandwich (12 grain bread) [I try to stay off Gluten] and a homemade bean soup with kale. I found Kencko fruit dehydrated packets and drink that in the morning. I eat hummus and veggie regularly. Snacklin s are mushroom based snack.

She has so much lung capacity to talk. I’ve never heard anyone in their 80’s able to speak quickly, honestly.

    Why the split screen throughout?

She reminds me of Jane Fonda in the way she communciates and her exuberance (and age).
