Low fatigue effects absolutely everything. But funny enough, fortifying your fatigue above the maximum also effects everything and you actually become better than whatever your base stats are. Pump it up with some fortify spells and it can make up for not investing in a skill, good for when you need to intimidate someone but forgot to major in speechcraft. Push it high enough and once you've got like 12,000/100 fatigue you can survive falling from a scroll of icarian flight because the game is horribly confused and assumes you have 12000 acrobatics. Morrowind is a technical marvel.
on the other hand, just use potions that train your skills for extra cheap training. A technical marvel? Nah, the game is completely broken. But it also doesn't pull any punches and those broken systems work against you. Unless you use them yourself. At which point you can destroy the heart without the tools by just doing more damage than the health reset can restore. Or you just use a command spell and take the heart on a tour.
The most people killed in full plate armor were actually probably killed with daggers bc the daggers could fit in between the plates and wielded more quickly than swords
