Does it actually, of course after using it for a while life and tone the chin area.I massage my face every night and would like to buy something that will help even more.The other thing is my upper eyelids are so puffy in the morning so can I in any way use it on that area too? Thank you.

Do not waste your money on Nurse Jamie Up Lift Tool...does not work. Buy an electronic Lift Wand.... Works so much better
