Thanks for sharing! I was also looking for apartments near Ktown, probably around the same time, and around the same price range! Some of these places I opted out on visiting, so thanks for sharing them!
I would love to know what you do for work and what your budget actually was. Please keep us updated on the moving process , I love interior design so and tour would be nice later on down the line.
Is it normal for LA apartments to not include fridges/stoves???? That just seems so weird to me living in the South. For the prices we'd get those things + a dishwasher and more! Just kind of worrying when I'm trying to move to LA.
that's a great question! I think the answer will vary depending on your financial situation. If you are going to live in LA unemployed, then I think 4-6 months would be ideal. the amount varies depending on your lifestyle too, so I'd account for how much you currently spend a month (I.e. bills, gas, groceries, going out, misc) and multiply by 4~
This is one of the best recent tours I've seen. Lots of people who do these videos show places way above my budget and that aren't rent stabilized.
glad to hear it! that's also why I wanted to make one because idk how people are spending $2.3k+ for an apartment in this economy

I just started renting an office space in KTown. I was wondering how much the apartments went for so thank you for your video🙂
of course! These are just the much lower end. The higher ones I've seen are a min of $2.1k

So for stoves, I'm not too sure about but fridge, yes.
Strange, but yes
how much do you recommend having in an emergency fund before hunting for an apartment?
