It has carbon wheels (10k option and carbon ceramic brakes around 5k option) plus 70th anniversary. Entry level supercars like mclaren and lambo’s are atleast 300k without markup. GT3’s go for 300k too. So this is a fair price. Im getting a z06 for msrp so im happy to see them this expensive hahah

Entry level should be just over $200k. Corvettes are no longer cheap sports cars.
@@gaara4667 you’re totally incorrect. The most entry level hurucan (brand new of course) you have to pay veryy close to 300k. My cousin just bought a lightly optioned Evo hurucan for msrp and after taxes it was around 296k. They are significantly more expensive than even a marked up z06. A z06 for msrp is an absolute steal of the century.
Even the new mclaren artura is over 300k

Mclaren artura msrp - 237k msrp. Afrer taxes and very little options it will be 300k at the minimum. No one buys those exotics without options. A HEAVILY option z06 with markup is 190k. Im getting a z06 for MSRP and lightly optioned it will cost me 130k after taxes. And thats with the z07 package

@@cr7neymar908 yeah but if you look at that car you get for 270 its definitely not brand new and doesnt perform as good as this z06. Z06 has beat a gt3 on the track ans proved it can keep up with cars like a 765lt and gt3rs.
The mustang chellby gt500 is better than corveet in the engine and law price is good choose to make it nice car and thes is coupe not convertbal

This car should be no more than 130k with the dealer mark up. Just because you put the engine in the back doesn’t automatically make it a supercar. A Ferrari or Lamborghini would make a bigger statement driving down the street and be more fun to drive if I’m going to be paying this kind of money. Just add a extra 200k it would be way worth it than over paying for this. Lastly I will add that it’s not enough of a distinction between the z06 and regular c8 to the average person when you drive the car down the street, it literally looks like the same base corvette to the average person and that’s not acceptable for the price they are asking 🤷🏾♂️
I agree with you that the price is too high but tbh the average person couldn’t tell the difference in any super car. 🤷🏾♂️ the only know what the know and that’s Lambo, Porsche, or Ferrari. Half of the people still don’t know what a McLaren is if they seen it in person. Some people see c8 corvettes and think it’s a Ferrari 🤦🏾♂️
