Raced a 20 minute time trial at the weekend. Finally hit 5k sub 20 at 19:51. Been trying for 2 years!
Love the race footage. Feels like we’re right there in it with ya. Don’t know how you guys manage to follow those markers though. I’d be lost in no time flat.
? it literally looks like they carpet bombed the trail with orange markers lol
@@Wanderlust073Yes there were flags but they were orange which, at his pace, seemed to blend in with the ground. Also there were plenty of times when there was no trail at all. If I was rushing I would easily get off the path. Speaking for myself on this one.
I love seeing the race footage, your race prep, and the post race. Healing up from an injury and your videos keep me motivated.
Like the Go Pro footage on the mountain trails...nice touch Seth.
That start looked quickkk
One word. AMAZING 🎉😎🌲🏃
Love seeing you back in the middle of the community!!!
More to come!
Great race and video! Thanks for sharing. Love the heavy breathing and grunting sound track--made me feel like I was right there with you. I hope you get a well-deserved rest break!
awesome footage
Congrats Seth🎉
Honor to have you on course !
Soooooooo Good Seth, thank you so much for taking the time to film & up load this. I was with you the whole way, thank you for taking all us along with you!
You're always a winner.
Nice race! I have a 5-mile race this weekend but on the road. First one on the road this year so I know it will be fast. Then into a 50K training block. I'm 46 and still feel like I can keep up with the younger pups.
Absolutely LOVE the videos you are putting together Seth 🤩 (I mean, I always have, I'll admit) Really really liking the combination of footage, how you put them together, the music choices, letting us hear YOU - all of it. Great job - and as always, great job racing too!! Gotta keep those young bucks on their toes!
Got my adrenaline going. You are a hill climbing beast❤
Seth the video and photos are amazing and you put a smile on this 52 years old face. You stayed in the hunt with the youngins.
I love that you introduced yourself to the winner as "Joseph DeMoor's brother."
It’s because Christian ran some races in Europe w/ Seth’s brother.
@@simpjaso888 I'm pointing out that he's doesn't have a "I'm a famous UA-camr" attitude and expect people to recognize him for his UA-camr status.
Hardrock 100! A 10 year dream now in the books!
Great footage, Seth! Come and do the Spine race in England, you will love it!
Old???? LOL You aren't even a Masters runner yet! Well done Seth!!!!
Good Job Seth! Such a steep course!🎉
Love the race and training footage Seth! Awesome effort brother. It’s been a couple weeks, but did Silver Rush 50 miler recently.
THIS is content I want to see on a trail running channel. Super
Yes, we enjoy race footage, always, anytime!
Dude, incredible race!! Well done.
No races over here, just dodging the humidity and heat, training block for fall marathon… let’s goooo!!
I love racing and watching racing!
I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that sounds like that when descending 🤣
I’m 20 and I raced my debut marathon this past weekend, I ran 2:41:54 only had a 4 week build for it so I feel like I can go way faster if I get my ducks in a row!
Crosscountry 8k last week friday and tomorrow and next week. You inspire to run
If I would have known, I would have come up and watched the race.
Enjoyed watching the vid.
I love running but hate technical trail parts.
Love this kind of videos! You're so right, finding your niche is so important yet so difficult and I hope that one day, I will be able to find mine :-)
Congratulations Seth, still following and enjoying your adventures 👌
Great video!
Have you ever considered Running Mountain marathon up here in Alaska?
It seems like it would be right up your alley!

(That guys mullet !🤣)
Half Marathon in Cairns Qld it was hard this race not going to lie after the massive week at work. More rested this week and ready for MU next race this weekend in Airlie Beach another Half Marathon. I am doing a little season like you seem to be doing onwards and upwards. One more road race then I am going to have a go at a trail running race
You are doing so great, hard work always has its own result which seems... Confratulations! Keep going.
The race footage is awesome! Thanks sir.

Glad you enjoyed it
Congrats Seth! Stoked for Christian coming out on top!
What a great vidja! Love the footage! Seth you did fantastic and all that while bringing it to the world! Awesomeness pure and simple!
Seth: You should be very proud of your finish. You were the oldest by far of the top 7. The next person close to you was 11 years younger.
We keep fighting!!
What a neat race! Thanks for sharing this with us. Got my adrenaline pumping ;-)
You are a full time professional runner bro, age is nothing but a number 💪 you’re physiologically stronger than all the youngins
Love footage brillant run brotha hard work has paid off big and I'm proud of you brotha God bless to you and your family..great race content 🙏 😊❤
I used to be the one with the ice pks at the Pikes Peak Accent & Marathon years ago, as well as handing out medals at the marathon. Miss the mtn running environment
Wow! Thank you for sharing! That was amazing effort!!
I ran Speedgoat last year. Thanks for the great footage. Great job 👏
Great job! The orange marker flags are very helpful 😀
Great job, Seth! Loving these videos, we missed you. Next stop Trofeo Nasego, Italy? 👀 Onward and upward!
Ice on my head, but don't call me IceHead
Your downhill skills--off the chain. ❤
Cool story about the race origin!
Looks like a fun race
I ran my fastest times in my early to mid forties. Then again, I didn’t start running until age 35
Perfect video, I love it!
Congratulations Seth! So amazing!
There was a woman running the Canyons 100M this year with a pair of blades. (double amputee) (at least I think it was two? now I'm doubting my memory if it was single or double) Unfortunately I don't know how she did.
Congratulations! Love the race videos
Nice clothes you have
Love the footage Seth! I raced an Ultramarathon this past weekend (50k) length in preparation for hiking the world famous Half Dome trail this coming Monday!
The race was amazing up until mile 23 where a racer was on the ground, out of water, and in bad bad shape. At that point I gave up my race to make the last cut off time and decided to support his needs, giving him my water, food, and attention until support could get to him. These situations reminded me that we “race” for the community of fellow runners, for the love of being on the trails, and for the opportunity to uplift those who need it; something you do for so many of us through your content and relentless commitment to seeking beauty, working hard, and loving each other.
Cheers to all of those who raced and will be racing this summer.
Its nice to be able to hear your breathing to be able to gage effort being put in.👍
We are not old mate just more experienced 😅😂
6th! Gooood morning DDDDGGGGGRRRRRRRR!
Quick question, what camera are you using? Thanks and great race!
I’m just here for the Christian Allen content
How is proximal harmstring tendinopathy , please tell me😊😊😊
One question. How did u manage to follow all the track sign 😢 if me i would be lost in no time😂
Well done! Just out of curiosity, what was your average heart rate during this race?
Strava shows that Seth averaged 171 bpm for this run and peaked at 182 bpm.
Wait until you really get old
now I'm hoarse from cheering! That was an awesome video!! great job Seth!!❤🔥❤
