It's ironic and somewhat hypocritical to ask someone else to "restore democracy" in another country while facing criticism over your own actions that allegedly undermine democratic principles at home. Instead of passing judgment or calling on other leaders to "fix" issues abroad, leaders should focus on strengthening democracy within their own borders. It's disappointing to see this kind of deflection, especially when there's work to be done domestically.
