I have been watching you for years, your study vlogs were super motivating for me when getting through medical school. I think I was a year or two below you in terms of medical training. I have now been a doctor in the UK for 3 years and am planning on training in intensive care medicine. I worked as a resident in trauma and transplant surgery in Oxford. I know how tough it is so credit where it is due. I am definitely more medically inclined than surgical however but it seems like you genuinely enjoy being a surgeon which is nice to see haha. I also do a lot of solo travelling so really cool to see your solo travel vids. Since I have become a doctor I have managed to solo travel 16 countries on my days off. Mainly Europe. As doctors you have to utilise your time off and make sure you’re living life to the fullest! Anyway it’s nice to see you posting more frequently!!! Anyway good luck with your career and I’m sure you’ll make a great cosmetic surgeon. 😀😀😀

I admire you a lot but I also feel bad for you 🥺 I’m a dermatologist now but my surgery and night float days were horrible. But I guess if your hospital team is supportive it can be a lot of fun and they seem very supportive. Mine were not supportive I was left all alone for many difficult cases
How quickly are you supposed to get to the hospital when they call you? Is the patient and other staff waiting on you or is it built into the schedule?
For roaches, if you're okay possibly not getting your deposit back take clear caulk and seal any crevasses especially in kitchen cabinets. Worked well for my apartment.
@itssssj landlords are known to use any reason to not give you your deposit back. Caulking is considered an unapproved modification of the apartment and they can argue that to remove the caulk cost money and therefore your deposit was used. May last landlord did not refund my deposit for using a portable dishwasher which attaches to the kitchen sink and does not leave behind any marks because they considered it an unapproved installation. I argued about it but ultimately I don't have the money or time to fight them in court.
