And that's why car commuters report the lowest happiness with their commute compared to everyone else (transit/active transportation). I switched from cycling to walking for my daily chores rounds to get some exercise in.
Sometimes there is no other way than using car/public transport. I work 25 km away from home, no way I can do that with other means than cars (I know bike is also an option but Madrid is not a bike friendly city...)

Hello ! I liked the video But personally I really struggle to do anything in the evening Because I leave my internship between 6:30 and 7 pm, arrive home around 7:15 pm, make diner and clean the appartement, my boyfriend arrives around 8 pm from his internship, then we have diner, shower, and soon it’s 9 pm Then it’s too late to do anything…. I don’t really want to go for a run after eating and showering… and I can’t go before eating before I’m too hungry and I have to prepare dinner for when my boyfriend arrives So yeah… if you have any tips, let me know !
snack when in from work, workout, then dinner. thats what i had to do. im in the same position as you. i eat my snacks on the way to the gym from work. my gym is closer to my work than my home (deliberate). its easier to go to my gym than my home.......even then it doesnt always win!
Hi! 🌼 @solene6858 Are you getting enough sleep? It looks like your household is working long hours and the way to make the most of your after work hours might be to focus on sleep hygiene after you eat, give yourself enough wind down time without screens etc…so that you’re clocking real hours of sleep. It could be that your bodies are craving rest so the time you may feel like you’re wasting is your body partially shutting you down to snatch the rest it needs. After considering sleep, being open to the idea of windows of time for your personal goals. If you’ve got 10 minutes to read, that’s far improved from zero. Or what have you. The busier work is can make it difficult to plan in moments for yourself. I found that’s when linking it to an existing habit helps. 10min workout before the normal shower time. Read while drinking coffee… cheers! Big love, stay happy and take good care of you
Great advice! I hope you don't mind some constructive criticism -- you're using your hands to punctuate EVERY WORD as you speak. It's distracting. I'd recommend significantly less hand gesturing while speaking so we can focus on your message.

This is my downfall. I watch too much UA-cam every day.

The best way to stop wasting your evenings after work is to go to bed earlier and get up earlier.

Good video. Weird question but what products do you put in your hair? I've been really struggling to find a good product for medium shine + hold!!
I'm using "Wig Hair Trainer" from LUSH. It is important to put it into the wet hair and then use the hair dryer.
great work

so do it before the dinner or wake up early and do it
You could try a short home workout (10-20 min) before the Dinner and do the cleaning later or batch it to only do it once or twice a week if possible.
