@corey3145 The art is really fantastic; especially the back of the box on the deluxe edition 🤣😅 There are a number of artists credited on this game, and they all deliver.

18:51 there seems to be space on the top of the deep cards for an additional set of cards? One can see the recess in the plastic box. The use of plastic for this style of game is disappointing.

@stevegeorge7773 Yeah, I noticed that inset too (above the Legends cards) but haven’t been able to figure it out 🤷‍♂️ everything seems to fit well though.
I have Endeavor: Deep Sea on order and that has Gametrayz storage made from bagasse; curious to see what that’s like, but I’m hopeful that it’s better than plastic

@stevegeorge7773 haha I just went and checked, the cutout is just meant to hold the rulebook for Legends of the Deep. Kind of silly, not really necessary, but mystery solved!
Edit: I just realized that the rulebook cutout is probably more necessary if the Legends cards are sleeved. I sleeved my Surface, Deep, and Scenario cards, but not the Legends cards.

@@table_for_one Oh right. I hope these style of games are a bit more thoughtful of the environment when they design their interiors, containers, in the future. The art looks good. A game on my radar is Forrest Shuffle. it looks kinda neat. But I do not know if it has a solo element to the game.

@stevegeorge7773 I’ll have to check out Forest Shuffle; the box cover looks familiar but I don’t know much about it.
I’ve also got Earthborne Rangers on order, that one is supposed to be very eco-friendly. There’s a great write-up on the topic here:

@@table_for_one oh yes! Earthbourne Rangers is great! Good choice! A friend has it and we are playing it every other week. There is a new, ish Kickstarter for the second instalment which I and my friend both went in for.
