Hearing these famous waltzes of my dearest music teacher Antonio Lauro bring tears to my eyes. I still remember him as the soft and kind beautiful person that he was in my beautiful country of Venezuela. These music is my Venezuela and Professor Lauro's Venezuela not the one that is now. R.I.P. to his soul. This lady does a beautiful interpretation of these 2 Waltzes. Congratulations to her.

Meravigliosa Ana, ho studiato e portato all'esame il Vals n.2 e il n.3 40 anni fa… poi ho lasciato la chitarra per lunghi anni ed ora, a 70 anni sto di nuovo, finalmente studiando questi due meravigliosi brani di Lauro, mi pervade una gioia infinita per aver ritrovato il mio caro Maestro, la vita mi appariva ormai grigia senza la mia chitarra, ora sorrido di nuovo e il cuore batte più forte… forse solo un altro musicista può capire! Grazie Ana sei per me la più grande, sensibile e delicata esecutrice di questi brani, e non solo; sei la mia Musa, non smettere mai di condividere con noi le tue sognanti note! Un abbraccio da Udine. Spero che tu capisca l'Italiano, siamo così vicine geograficamente.

Veo al momento de publicar 468 dislikes, lo cual evidencia la afluencia de muchos ignorantes que pienso esperaban oír cumbias o cualquier otro ritmo popular al alcance de su cultura y acorde a su intelecto
Realmente los dislikes es por la ejecución en sí ya que se nota que no está cómoda con las piezas. En ciertos pasajes se nota el cambio de tempo, como si no quisiera equivocarse, lo que le hace perder fluidez y brillo. Creo que el ignorante musical es otro. No le voy a dar un like solo porque es música venezolana. Si quieres escuchar una ejecución impecable te recomiendo la de Nicholas Petrou. Compara y me cuentas.
Já ouvi "Valses Venezolanos" 2y3 - Antônio Lauro, tocadas por muitos violonistas, mas para os meus ouvidos Ana Vidovic supera todos com a sua virtuosidade. A clareza das notas do seu violão são impressionantes, eu acredito que todos se emocionam ao ouvi-la. Parabéns Ana Vidovic.

Still the best rendition of these pieces I’ve heard. Who else even comes close to this level of musicality? Others just play it fast and lose the essence, to my ear at least.
I'm Venezuelan, she's a great, but she misses the core essence of Venezuelan music, she's playing European style beautifully, but Venezuelan music has a different feeling, the only European I've heard who can play Venezuelan music the way its supposed to be played is Flavio Sala, look it up. It's not just fast its the off-beat accents that make Venezuelan music what it is.

I can give no greater compliment to a guitarist than that he or she wets my appetite to go learn and play the piece myself. Ana's music works miracles in this respect. I find it highly appealing. And yes, I also happen to like 'the visual element'. But first and foremost, she deserves respect and admiration for her musicianship.

imo any person that would ever say her looks got her where she is, doesn't play classical guitar. She's fantastic as a guitarist and a role model for other players.

I can give no greater compliment to a guitarist than that he or she wets my appetite to go learn and play the piece myself. Ana's music works miracles in this respect. I find it highly appealing.
And yes, I also happen to like 'the visual element'. But first and foremost, she deserves respect and admiration for her musicianship.

Tienes razón, hay un cambio en el tempo de algunos compases que le resta brillo a la interpretación.
