I recently stopped using substances and I feel really depressed, I have really bad mood swings, I barley eat and I don’t feel like being around anyone. I don’t trust no one. I’ve numb my pain for years with weed& alcohol, I decided to stop for good because I want to work on myself and truly be happy with being myself. I hope this pain heals, I hope I can find myself again. I’m scared but I don’t want to relapse, I need to change my life for the better. I don’t want anything holding my potential back. This is calming me down, as I feel a heavy release. This too shall pass.

I had an awful experience with SSRIs in January, which triggered an awful cycle of inappropriate, violent, scary, sad intrusive thoughts. It is now March, and I’ve suffered almost every single day with good moments of clarity and distraction here and there - but for my family, my boyfriend, my kitty, my friends, and most importantly - for me, I want to overcome this and this video reminded me that I 100% can. When you know that amnesia is source for all illusion, and to be aware of it implies recognizing the nature of the glitch. Like Graham Hancock says: " you can break the TV screen, but the signal it receives remains intact" - This is a phase of development rather then home. We could make it more homie for us and the ones to come, one day we go back to the Source of that signal. Love you Humanity - Please Wake UP!
