- Hello friends :) I wanted to create an ASMR realtor style video for the longest time and was finally able to rent a beautiful house for a weekend to film this, unfortunately during the trip I lost some of the audio/video (but quality gets better after 03:45). I hope you won't mind and perhaps it will add to a Lo-Fi experience! ♥ This property is located on the beautiful coast of California, is generously adorned with many fine pieces of art from Salvador Dali, rich textiles and intricate details that lend to an ASMR experience. SAME. we are a family of 5 and live in 1190 sqf. I was scared at first, but cleaning is quick! The only downside is lack of storage.

I would absolutely love to see more of these!! I have many childhood memories of experiencing ASMR but one of my earliest adult memories was with a realtor! The heels clicking on the floors, the acoustics of hearing her talking through the rooms, her unintentional taps or strokes on different surfaces.. you NAILED it!! This was exactly what I needed today, always grateful for you and everything you do 💜

I love the crunchy walking at the end, makes me think something like a "walk in the woods" asmr video, walking over different terrain, listening to different nature sounds, and Mario describing various nature elements she finds (tress, flowers, rocks, etc.). I feel like a lot of big expensive homes are like this, the owner has a lot of money and wants to make it look fancy and get nice art, but it’s never really incorporated into the decor or theme of the house, they always turn out looking a little odd and weirdly decorated to me
It's a design idea primarily of the super rich. Eclectic. The belief is that if you have "unique" and "exquisite" items, they will simply "go" together. I don't see it. A lot of them are beautiful on their own, just not by taste.

Right now I really need to "look out". In Italy we are all in quarantine, we must stay at home until the beginning of April, we can
go out only for serious reasons which in case of control by the police forces must be certified. You can leave the house only to go to work (even if the majority now work from home or have been forced to stay home because the offices are closed) or to go buy food and medicine (only one person per family can go to shopping), so thank you, because with your videos I feel less locked up.

VeroNeko yes, I live in USA and after today, just had some Rx’s filled to go get, I pretty much plan to stay put in my house and do thinks I just never seem to have time to do!! Catching up on ASMR, read a stack of books, bake bread, which I love to do, take an actual nap as many days I can. Plus, I got a brand new autoharp for Christmas -it is so gleaming with gorgeous! -and I am going to practice some songs. Plus do some binge-watching!! I mean, doesn’t that sound like a great staycation?

Having studied art for years, with a degree in fine arts, I could’ve died when she was touching the Dali lmao. That thing itself is probably worth as much as that entire house,, yoinks. I was so nervous 😩 ...I must say though, there was definitely something super satisfying watching her do exactly what I’ve always had the intrusive urge to do at every contemporary art museum I’ve ever visited.

I love house tours, doesn’t even have to be a mansion, since I was a kid I had a thing where I always wanted to see the inside of people’s houses! Of course, watching big fancy houses like that make it even more interesting 🤩
Ok so because I watch ASMR every night to fall asleep, I haven't gotten triggered in literally years. I know you're supposed to take a break of you're immune but I usually just watch it to relax and fall asleep now so I didn't really have a huge problem with it but I kinda miss the triggers. Then you tapped on the elephant, and immediately I got the ASMR. I haven't felt this in so long. I'm emotional. Thank you Maria ❤️❤️
P.S. anyone have any more tips for overcoming trigger immunity?
Maybe try watching ASMR with different triggers than your usual, maybe finding new artists with different styles. That way you still watch a relaxing video but your brain takes a break from your normal triggers and can reset those sensitivities a bit.

yeah i have to watch new content when that happens... new asmrtists, sounds im not used to, etc. also i find actually watching the videos can help a lot (because i tend to watch asmr as im trying to sleep or working, and thus don’t actually watch the videos since my eyes are closed or the audio is playing from another tab - but visuals with the sounds can be important for tingles, at least for me). good luck fam 🙏🏼😴

Switch types of videos for periods of time instead of stopping! Like do a week of no speaking videos, or only do ones with white noise, avoid mainly tapping videos and watch only roleplays, then switch back after a week or so!

I’ve watched Maria’s videos since I was 13 I think? So around 7 years. I have anxiety and panic disorder and watching her videos calmed panic attacks when NOTHING ever had before, and was a first step to finally conquering them! Her videos have been a calm place to escape to through a bad relationship, heartbreak, life changes, & bigger difficulties. Or just to relax before bed and have the best sleeps ever, or help me take a nap 💜 you can feel her warmth and kindness through the phone. She puts so much effort not for the money but because she genuinely finds passion in helping others. And she sure does a great job.
