Honestly, I believe too many resellers spend way too much time worrying over huge profit margins. If you enjoy what you are doing for a living than profit margins shouldn't always be the driving force of a do or die purchase. The concept of buying and selling used items for profit is a remarkable thing. I believe, once again, many get lost in the mundane of it and forget the value of it all.
Get some boxes or crates organize the insoles into its perspective categories. Get ziplock bags label them for your laces. Schedule time in the week to handle these undesired tasks in smaller batches rather than all at once. Simple and done.
You've done great for yourself, you've worked and work hard for it all. You have built multiple streams of income and over all are living a pretty good life in this present economy where millions are struggling. You ended the video at Disney again how many just can not afford it. It is very ok to not have winning items all the time for max profits. You work hard, you play hard and deal with the bumps in between. If the items become such a drag than don't purchase them and move on. You asked what do I think well there's my two cents. When I'm at the bins , I see the shoes that are tore up and I would get the insoles and clean them to use them for other shoes. I know the feeling of shoes being stashed in a plastic bins. I have touch ups on the shoes and insoles to be replaced. Keep up the good videos for the information needed. I'll be headed in your area one day.. Have a great day!!

I think people just like looking in other peoples garages lol theres a weird curiosity to see others spaces.... I do it all the time subconsciously.

I had no death pile and started changing my inventory system and realize i have alot of items not listed so now my death pilled is tub full so thtas what i did started making sure everything is listed.
The next time someone slows to a crawl staring rudely into your garage, pick up your camera and start clicking (make the motions only) away. It's worth a try! 😉

Don't buy shoes missing insoles. You're spending too much time on them. Easy fix. Or just sell them without. Buying problems is a problem to avoid.
I use my phone to take pics and list. Would I be able to use list perfectly on my computer after I get the listings on eBay? I wasn’t sure if the pics needed to be on your computer for it to work.
