Tandoori Chicken in a Pressure Cooker: An Incredible Recipe!

    ingredients
    For Chicken Marinade
    1) Chicken - 600 gms of medium size pieces
    - make cuts on chicken as shown in video recipe
    2) hung curd - 150 ml
    3) dried fenugreek ( kasuri methi) - some slightly roasted.
    4) vinegar - 1 table spoon
    5) ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon
    6) turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    7) kuti lal red chili - 1/2 tea spoon
    8) chaat masala - 1/2 tea spoon
    9) cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    10) black salt - 1/2 tea spoon
    11) coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    12) Kashmiri red chili powder - 1/5 tea spoon
    13) garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon
    14) black pepper - 1/2 tea spoon
    15) pink salt - as per taste
    16) red food color - 1/4 tea spoon ( optional )
    17) refined flour - 1/2 tea spoon
    18) oil - 3 tea spoon
    - take all these above mentioned ingredients in bowl and make a paste of it.
    - now add chicken in to it and apply this mixture to chicken well.
    - marinade chicken for - 3 / 4 hours
    - in a pressure cooker add marinated chicken pieces and cover it by removing
    gasket and whistle of pressure cooker lid...
    - cover and cook on low flame for 25 - 30 minutes. check in between, if chicken gets very dried
    up in cooker add little bit of water and cover it again and cook...
    - after 30 minutes remove chicken in a plate.
    - now on direct flame cook these cooked chicken pieces for burned texture of tandoori chicken.
    - now take these pieces in a separate bow, put a burning coal and put some oil on it.
    - now cover the lid and smoke for some time....
    homemade excellent tandoori chicken made in pressure cooker is ready to eat.
    have it with sliced onion, lemon and pudina or pudina chutney.
