1st Place for Lochgelly High School Pipe Band in Grade 4B bands at Strathmore Highland Games in 2018

Lochgelly High School Pipe Band awarded 1st place after competing in Grade 4B bands during the 2018 Strathmore Highland Games. This RSPBA competition was held in the grounds of Glamis Castle near Forfar in Angus, Scotland. The band from Fife, Scotland, led here by Pipe Major Keith Robertson, are wearing Ancient red MacPherson tartan.

Die Kinder haben sehr schön gespielt und manch Band aus Erwachsenen kann sich davon etwas abgucken. Die Auswahl der Lieder war auch sehr gut. Das einzige das mich etwas irritiert hat waren die rosa Tenor Drum Schläger... Gab es die nicht mehr in blau? Viel Spaß noch beim Spielen und Pipes Up!
The children played really well and some adult bands can learn something from it. The selection of songs was also very good. The only thing that irritated me a little was the pink tenor drum bats ... Didn't they come in? I wish anymore Have fun to playing Bagpipe and pipes up!
