Beautiful footage, here in Ontario we like to collect Ramps and we make butter with it.

It’s a beautiful stretch of woodland, it was a bit bittersweet going there to film as I hadn’t been there since we spread my moms ashes there last year, so it was hard but also good at the same time.
I think ramps are the same, or very similar to wild garlic. I often use it for making garlic butter for garlic bread.
