As far as i know a 3 phase motor windings are not suppose to have any continuity between any given 2 phases. just like between any given phase and the motor case. in your testing when there was 0 resistance between 2 phases on motor 1 you said "this is good" which is actually not. and the opposite happened on motor 2. in addition, you were suppose to hole the test button for a minimum of 60 seconds to see if there is any drop in the resistance. in short, Hi resistance=good, Low resistance or a 0v reading=bad.
3 phase motor windings WILL have a resistance reading between the windings . If it didn’t that mean it would be a bad motor. All the windings are tied together
Oh OK I got it. not sure if I am correct. but in the motor electric box, where all the wires are. if everything is disconnected then the windings are not connected. correct?
This video is incorrect how to use this FLUKE tester and incorrect how to test motor for Insulation Resistance. Insulation Resistance on motor is done by Polarisation Index PI what this FLUKE tester provides.

if phase wires are not connected in a 3 ph motor, how will the motor run then? I think may be we all need to learn more.....
