Hello, I have two tactacam x pro cameras. Can you help me out here?, I want a antenna..I clicked on your link here..but which one should I get and what extra stuff do I need? I’m not very experienced with technology so I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks.
A better antenna system provides more reliable picture and video uploads because of a more stable network connection. It also saves power to do what a cellcam does by doing it more efficiently. Generally, people only run "booster" type antennas when they struggle with a signal, in which case investing in batteries would provide you no benefit. I never run AA batteries. All my cams are on external power, which I have been the industry leader in for many years. But better batteries do not help signal, so sometimes it takes both. Hope you have a productive season. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Absolutely great video I'm looking for the right one for rural area
I just got a cell camera and my lease is in a creek bottom- Will probably have to go the same route you did there. Good information
I bought one of your antennas on ebay. Going try out this weekend
Thank you sir
I see the order. We will get it out the door tomorrow.

Is that a SMA Coaxial?
Sma refers to the connector. Yes the connector on this camera is an SMA
@herd3609 That's Correct It's Still A Coaxial Just A Sub Mini A!
Any testing done with Muddy cams? We have a pile of muddy manifests.
@anthonycrots2161 nope. I've never put my hands on a muddy but they all work on the same cellular bands so I would imagine similar results
Will it work well on a wildgame innovation Terra Cell?
@@523crazyj if they have a screw on antenna it will
Exalant video it's so hard to find the right external antenna
Do you know if it will work with the new Spypoint Flex?
Should have the same connection as the other Spypoints. RP-SMA
What's frequency ranges does that cover?
Sorry I just saw your comment. They cover all the 4g LTE bands
698-960/1710-2700MHz
@@herd360 Thank You!
What pole are u using lookin for something like that for antenna on our hog traps. Check us out.
I found this 16' aluminum extension pole in the outdoor section at Home Depot
So instead of putting your money in battery"s you put in a antenna , no saving
