I guess this was the only logical progression from the previous week's video, adding the extra handicap of being 40 power under. This one is a lot harder than the last, as there's a lot of things that one shot you in this strike. While Insight Terminus was very easy the whole way through.
The Hive Boomers here will one hit you, Acolyte grenades, snipers, and 2 hits from Wizards. It's more akin to how the GMs used to be though, maybe taking slightly more damage here than before. While probably not the most enjoyable to watch, and it's a lot slower paced than most would like, the challenge is more enjoyable to play for me. It took me 7 or 8 attempts, most of which I was using a bow, but it was too slow to deal with the Barrier Knights and they'd one-hit me when breaking the shields. Once swapping to the Pulse Rifle, it was a lot smoother.
I might do more of these the following weeks, but I'll see how time and interest is. I have to finish prepping for Lightfall, and there's other things I want to do before having to grind out the DLC.

This finally looks like resilience in early GMs. But the lethality of 3.0 subclasses combined with the singe damage (and a little bit of gjally) still make this look a little easier

Love how you running solo really affects the atmosphere. The echoing gunshots, no music setting makes this place really creepy.
Never did a GM, let alone a solo flawless. No experience, 3 resil, bad mods, 30 power under, slapped an omegalul graviton forfeit on my normal strike build and got halfway through the boss in like a couple hours and like 5 or 6 attempts. Today i did solo blind shattered throne no guide + wish ender quest in about a couple hours too, felt like a strike. Wtf this game is too ez i don't understand.

Invis is by far the most OP ability in the game, both PVE and pvp.
lmao invis is more op than warlock fusions nades? jump off a bridge my guy. terrick has -40 gms on every class. and titan is by far the strongest with storm nades

What is be the best arc hand Cannon is your opinion Eso. Cantata or posterity? Assuming both have the best possible roll for GM/endgame content. And what would the god roll be?
Posterity can roll voltshot with rampage, frendy and other damage perks, cantata only has timed payload as perk for PvE
Cantata is more for PvP than PvE
imo, nation of beasts is the best. It can roll explosive payload and outlaw/ambitious assassin. I have a roll with drop mag before they took that mag option out of the game that puts in work. But Im still looking out for a frenzy/voltshot posterity just to see what it can do.
@@IlPinguonauta frenzy is better imo cause it gives reload and kills with the chain lightining dont proc rampage
@@IlPinguonauta you probably dont want to use a weapon that requires kills in gms. Rampage is a horrible choice here and voltshot is kinda meh. Dont expect to be keeping damage perks up in this type of content

This has probably been posted before, but would you be interested in doing a minimum score platinum challenge run? The difficulty being that you have to try to keep alive as many enemies as possible whilst killing all champions and necessary ads to complete the GM.

New Purpose from the Duality Dungeon can roll with Adaptive Munitions, and it's a Stasis pulse, so that's something you can shoot for when it's on rotation again.

@funny stranger Yes, I'm aware... I've completed every single one of them. They're not like that anymore though since the game was put on easy mode, hence it being impressive.

Man, second try we were almost there but we took down too much health and got blasted with ads so we panicked, I got destroyed trying to deploy a barricade then my teammates went to the hiding spot, then one of them fell off the fucking side and the last guy alive kept running back and forth between us trying to revive somebody without dying but it was done lol

If I told you to solo a GM every week it would easily stress out most people. How many times would you try, or start to wonder if it's even possible. It is a testament to his abilities that he consistently achieves this. 😋🤫
This is not as easy, or even close to as easy, as it looks. This is pure gaming ability, timing and patience. -40, with those zeros where they are, has to be top 10 PVE player in the world of Destiny.
Idk i'm a noob, i never played a GM in my life, let alone solo or flawless, i slapped an omegalul graviton forfeit on my playlist build and had like 3 resilience and bad mods and 30 light under. Got to half the boss in like a couple hours (maybe like 5 attempts) and could have easily killed it weren't for a silly knowledge-experience mistake. Either i'm good or i'm missing something cause it felt easy af.

@@WaveOfDestiny The biggest impact there is your 30 power under - The difference it makes going from -30 to -40 is insane, you should try it and report back, maybe we have a secret god tier player on our hands ;)
@@Choopachoopapa i read a table and the most important factor was that at 1590 i take 112% damage instead of 136% at 1580. It's not small, especially considering the aoe from some champions. I can't try it again till next season when gms are gonna get nerfed further, all my fav weapons and armor are enhanced, plus i don't have all nightfalls unlocked. But i also didn't have any combat style mods other than +20 mobility and strenght (i had them, but they were useless), idk if it made a difference. Idk if it's impressive or normal, i have no way to compare.
Also 2 days ago, never played a dungeon, barely tried any raid encounters, never watched a guide, i did shattered throne solo blind first time + wish ender quest (this with a small guide) in just about 2 hours, and i took my time exploring every corner, felt like a strike, 1 phased the first boss, and i also first tried the first boss in prophecy solo blind in the evening, with my main build that uses lucky pants and not graviton forfeit. Again i have no idea if this is a normal thing, power creep or if i'm decent at the game, cause i didn't see anyone else do it. Devour sure as hell helped in profecy.
