The song itself is called There's Something About an Old Love. This specific version sounds like Duke Ellington, which you can find here on UA-cam, but the female vocalist is not credited. It almost sounds like Connie Boswell, who also sang her own version of this song with very similar vocals, but her style is slightly different. It may be helpful to know that, when finding jazz songs, most from this era use a sequence called head-solo-head. The "head" is when they play the entirety of the song instrumentally before looping back to the beginning for the vocalist to sing. This is why a lot of jazz songs just sound like they're only instrumental but if you skip to the middle of the song you'll hear someone singing - it may help in future searches!!!
