"Modern Jazz" was a term that started being used in the 60's. I didn't know what it was supposed to be and I still don't, today. I do know that I love all jazz that moves me and that I can dance to. This is what I love, in any form.

Went to a few Jazz schools/ regular music schools for 10 years between Berklee, Boys Harbor E. Harlem, New School NYC, and Julliard to become a computer science teacher in Japan lol, love this though it brings back memories when I was studying Big Band Arranging and playing back in the US in small clubs for peanuts.
@@rawkingpronto Practice a lot and audition. When I was there in the 90's they would have a list of songs for you to play and try to find out what it is through someone who went through the process. I am not sure how they grade now, but when I was there I got all 7s on my score, for sight reading, performance, soloing, and the last one I forgot. The is the best adive I can give you for now. I've only been to two Jazz Clubs in Manhattan. The Birdland and another, name now lost to aging brain cells. Birdland did not impress. (Charlie "Yardbird" Parker was not there.) Guess he had died.
HER When I saw her, I knew this will gonna hurt like hell, with her Little converse, her top and the cargos pants just killed me, she was the perfect for me, I think im not the perfect for her. When I saw her, I knew I will gonna cry like a baby, but that Little dress, with the converse again, just take me back to home, now I just go out to be in the same park, hopping if I could see her again. We both like subway and it just makes me hate this more, Subway was my favorite food, before her, I cant eat it if its not with her, it used to be my favorite food, after her lips and smile. When I saw her, that was my first february 14th, I was in her house like a surprise with flowers and match things, but now I just can match her perfume with the memory of her. I dont know what happend with me, I used to be the greatest in everything, the guy who likes the loneliness, who was friend of everyone. Now i dont want anyone to talk to me, I just want to hear her voice telling me that everything will be ok. | I used to love being in the overnight, now when the time gets to overnight, I just start working my memories of her and how could I be such an stupid human with her. Now I have to talk in past, because I cant see her anymore, even if I wanted, I’ll just break in million parts of my hearth in the floor and I cant let her see me like this. I told her I’ll move on quickly. Because of her Its 3am, and i just wrote that to let all the venom out of myself, im not even an adult. idk why im so hearthbroken, but here I am, I hope everyone that have been passing for my situation could get better, do it for me bc i dont think I could do it right now. God Bless yall.
