Don’t know why people hate the design on Eye of Another World, it looks like something straight out of a fantasy sci-fi which fits Destiny’s very theme.
Eye of another world has been my go to exotic for stasis since beyond light came out. I have the dead orbit ornament and it looks sick as hell plus I'm sitting at 55 for each of the abilities that it improves which means I'm actually at 80ish for each. It's a Nasty exotic with a capital N for damn sure!
Hi very interesting but i have a question. I do have eye of another world since 2017 but not with armor tier option. I mean i can't upgrade until lvl 10 because i don't have the option. How do i get this option ? To be more specific, i have the same interface on the eye of another world than your exo weapon "witherhoard".
You're talking about Eyes of Tomorrow, the exotic rocket launcher that refuses to drop. This build is using Eye of Another World, the exotic warlock helm that is a world drop and much easier to get.

Also to any who care, Eriana’s Vow is hitting Templar and other bosses for like approx. 30k a shot before any weapons of light/charged with light or debuff (Teether, Breech, ect). Excellent for Hobgoblins and Oracles too :) Catalyst is fantastic as well (no spoilers)
This is why i LOVED shadowkeep so much. Armor 2.0 wasnt perfect when it launched but man it was good to have a proper build. Its what i wanted from d1. Fast foward now to Season of the Lost and i have like 6 builds just for my warlock. Only thing i wish we had was a proper way to save builds ingame

There are almost no options for Stasis exotics so this is one of the better ones for that element... you wind up at this exotic almost by default. Personally I use thew new Assembler boots though.

Though, he's more about using Verity's Brow over Eye of Another World (which is probably why Cross brought up Verity's to begin with, as he probably was giving Ehroar's build a shot and just changed it up slightly to fit his team composition better...but soon discovered that team comp with this build doesn't really matter.)

Was thinking the same but ehroar is really about clearing trash with a demolition weapon and spamming turrets. In GM that just isn't possible so this tweak is exactly what I always run with bleak watcher. It's done so well in master and GM for months now. I usually go scout/GL/anarchy myself. Swap to SMG or divinity if overload instead of barrier or unstoppable. Divinity + lasting impression rockets is a nasty combo on overload champs
@@utmastuh It's possible *if* you have at least 2 players in a GM stay committed to constantly freezing opponents. Beefy health doesn't mean a whole lot if they're being suppressed by stasis, so you're free to keep lobbing grenade launcher shots at them. If you're running salvo, once the first enemy dies from chain reaction, it smacks the hell out of everything else around it, usually resulting in even more explosions, which also stacks with the damage from bursting ice crystals. But the team has to commit to those freeze effects to keep everything locked down, otherwise you'll just run out of special ammo or fail to do any real damage with the grenades. Crosses way if safer but lacks power. He *could* do more with a demolitionist weapon, but there's obvious risks in doing so.
Add "bolstering deternation" void arms armour mod (class ability energy on garande damage) and "bomber" solar class item mod (granade energy when using class ability), turrets for days.

And it requires you to get kills when in the boss room there aren't many little enemies just big enemies so stasis with double bomber and eyes of another world is just time restricted and 10-15 seconds isn't really restrictive at all.

Yup. In glassway there were multiple times where a wyvern or overload that snuck behind us. Panic popping shadebinder let’s you freeze them, get Rez if you have to, and reset the fight. So fucking good

@@edisonvargas Yes, and a lot of people used bleak watcher for GM’s last season too. Albeit not as much as this season, but there have definitely been teams taking advantage of it since last season. It was a godsend for GMs like Proving Grounds, it’s how I got my conqueror.

After that it's double primaries to have the champion mods necessary, and it's heavy vary. When no fire shield, he uses Anarchy. With fire shields he generaly uses xenophage. Ikelos plus xeno plus the grenade allow you to deal with all energy shields by yourself.
@@Sadoruro The only reason that works is because it is solo content and he is guaranteed every final hit to proc the Warmind spawn. It’s not going to be nearly as reliable in teamplay.

They spawn after a fixed amount of mob killed with a warmind weapon, or after each bosses. But that spawn rate doesn't change between solo and fire team. After that, you're maybe speaking of stealing kills, which affects the number of mobs you kill and thus your spawn rate. That's fair, but shouldn't be a problem in coordinated teams. After that the build is very potent by its own, saying that the build works just because Eso is solo is unfair imo.

There is another exotic people can try out and can grant nades faster than any other, claws of ahamkara with impact induction. Not only it gives you 2 melee so allowing even more CC, every melee hit gives you nade energy

This was my build last season. Everyone thought I was trolling until I pulled off 2 or 3 solo clutches in the beginning section of Fallen Saber with the turret while everyone else with their “meta” builds was dead. The area lockdown and the ability to stop champions from running or blocking damage is so strong
This is pretty much exactly what I'd been using. But in content that doesn't require such a focused build, I'll switch in thorn with necrotic grip. So your an add control monster while your turrets don't let majors and up even play the game
Warlock main here, if you want a more tanky build do glacial harvest and bleak watcher with overshield and shard tracking, you'll be able to tank damage and get your grenades back quicker than this build when paired with the same mods
Wow finally some acknowledgement for Shadebinder in PvE. I've been using various versions of this build since the turret appeared in the game. You can use Verity, Nezarec's is amazing, Eye if Another World is solid too. But I think if there are 3 Shadebinders Verity's brow makes more sense just because it is a team exotic and trims down grenade cooldowns for your allies when you cast a turret.

Its funny. Its GMs id much rather have a Stasis Warlock over a Well Warlock. Stasis is just so controlling. Now take this build and add Ager's Scepter. I LOVE IT
So I just really started playin d2 on Sunday (warlock main1269) and I was wondering for builds like these should I wait till I'm max lvl to start getting the exotic gear or I can start at my current light lvl
After testing, Firepower Mod seems to stack with diminishing returns. 1st mod returns 25%, 2nd mod returns 15%, 3rd mod returns 10%. So Firepower X3 returns 50%, which is how I usually do my builds.
If you're not doing GM's, verity's brow is much better than eye eater. You also should have more stacks of firepower as it gives you 50% grenade energy with more stacks
@@JarJarBricks01 Realistically you're not using freeze rift all. You're using the turret fragment and the one that continues the freeze to another target.
See when you made your build video the other day I was like "well I don't have that exotic...... BUT I DID HAVE EOAW. So I used that instead & I just knew this was gonna be a thing
I always loved the bleak watchers aspect it's like arc souls but not useless in pve. The damage from arc souls is nice but it's so negligible the slow and freeze from the bleak watchers is so much better plus it procs all the fragments that deals with freezing and its actually better than using the normal grenade since you'll get more out of it in the long run. I love the light subclasses but the only problem is that they are static, barely any room for change other than exotics while stasis is so unique and you can build it anyway you want
Im using contraverse hold with 100 discipline gnawing with demo and charged with light mods for more nades and super energy on nade kills this season. I really enjoy it ❤ plus top tree nova is amazing
I'm going to have to disagree on the verity's brow assessment. Being able to have 3 or 4 stasis turrets out at a time can completely lock down a room, prevent champions from healing in barrier, add extra damage from freeze breaks on bosses, etc etc. It takes 3 or 4 of the bleakwatchers ice bolts to actually freeze and enemy and 1 turret often times won't shoot all 3 or 4 on the same enemy. Sure the damage boost might not be helpful but when you can earn your nade back faster than you can even chuck them out you'll be happy you've got verity's because you won't even have to worry about anything moving.
That only works in lower levels. In higher levels you kill too slow to make use of Verity. Don't get me wrong, it's great. Hero / Legend spam all the CC and turrets you want. GM is different.
Basically yeah, and even if u max those stats i think u still get benefits from it, at least i rock max dis and recov and still get rifts and grenades a lot faster with Eye
Because you're supposed to be guardians who took out God's. But we always need to nerf our power because people think pvp in destiny is meant to he competitive.
Been running since last season while everyone runs veritys brow. Got told so many times to change. 100 discipline with firepower and torment. Wellspring weapon is an added bonus.
eoaw is ALOT better when it comes to master or leggend AND grandmaster because the regen is PASSIVE compared to fucking verity where you can ONLY get regen if you get a grenade kill which is ALOT harder to do in high end pve
The freeze is resetting the overload stun, so while it isn't teleporting around and being a general PITA, it is still getting the regen from not being stunned, so you have to out-DPS that healing. Didn't do that in the past, it's new, and probably a bug.
The warlords sigil gauntlets for the warlock with stasis is another great pairing. It’s crazy how some players forget how useful red war/year one exotics are.

Welcome to the club cross. Verity's and Eyes have been my main build since ehroar made a video early Beyond Light. Succession + Ikelos + Anarchy/Xeno. It's just makes PvE fun af.
This was our GM meta all last season. Between me and the other warlock with me we would stack 4-6 turrets on a champion. Between that and overload bow with Le Monarch it made most GMs pretty easy. Basically the same now except overload HC and thorn.

I feel like stasis bugs out overloads. They regen health at warp speed after frozen and then overloaded.
One person with sundering blast tapping away with a handcannon at them turns this from annoying to amazing
Yeah, but if you all tag them with Witherhoard or Anarchy and a couple people unload hand cannon constantly and you still melt them.

There is another exotic people can try out and can grant nades faster than any other, claws of ahamkara with impact induction. Not only it gives you 2 melee so allowing even more CC, every melee hit gives you nade energy

This was my build last season. Everyone thought I was trolling until I pulled off 2 or 3 solo clutches in the beginning section of Fallen Saber with the turret while everyone else with their “meta” builds was dead. The area lockdown and the ability to stop champions from running or blocking damage is so strong
This is pretty much exactly what I'd been using. But in content that doesn't require such a focused build, I'll switch in thorn with necrotic grip. So your an add control monster while your turrets don't let majors and up even play the game

Yes but then Veritiys does give a great chuck of grenade energy with energy weapon kills and then helps your teammates with grenade energy

Warlock main here, if you want a more tanky build do glacial harvest and bleak watcher with overshield and shard tracking, you'll be able to tank damage and get your grenades back quicker than this build when paired with the same mods

Wow finally some acknowledgement for Shadebinder in PvE. I've been using various versions of this build since the turret appeared in the game. You can use Verity, Nezarec's is amazing, Eye if Another World is solid too.
But I think if there are 3 Shadebinders Verity's brow makes more sense just because it is a team exotic and trims down grenade cooldowns for your allies when you cast a turret.

Its funny. Its GMs id much rather have a Stasis Warlock over a Well Warlock. Stasis is just so controlling. Now take this build and add Ager's Scepter. I LOVE IT
Tbh the travellers chosen is a solid pick for primary when doing lower content with this build.
So I just really started playin d2 on Sunday (warlock main1269) and I was wondering for builds like these should I wait till I'm max lvl to start getting the exotic gear or I can start at my current light lvl
After testing, Firepower Mod seems to stack with diminishing returns. 1st mod returns 25%, 2nd mod returns 15%, 3rd mod returns 10%. So Firepower X3 returns 50%, which is how I usually do my builds.

If you're not doing GM's, verity's brow is much better than eye eater. You also should have more stacks of firepower as it gives you 50% grenade energy with more stacks
Problem with using stasis with Brow is stasis grenades don't do enough damage to warrant the use.
@@supersizesenpai Not to mention that the Stasis melee also comes up more from eyes. And if you were to run frostpulse, the freeze Rift as well.
@@supersizesenpai You're not using it for grenade damage though, you're using it for ability generation. Which is better than eye eater
@@JarJarBricks01 Realistically you're not using freeze rift all. You're using the turret fragment and the one that continues the freeze to another target.
See when you made your build video the other day I was like "well I don't have that exotic...... BUT I DID HAVE EOAW. So I used that instead & I just knew this was gonna be a thing

I always loved the bleak watchers aspect it's like arc souls but not useless in pve. The damage from arc souls is nice but it's so negligible the slow and freeze from the bleak watchers is so much better plus it procs all the fragments that deals with freezing and its actually better than using the normal grenade since you'll get more out of it in the long run. I love the light subclasses but the only problem is that they are static, barely any room for change other than exotics while stasis is so unique and you can build it anyway you want

Im using contraverse hold with 100 discipline gnawing with demo and charged with light mods for more nades and super energy on nade kills this season. I really enjoy it ❤ plus top tree nova is amazing

yes!! I made this same build video a couple weeks ago and got crap for using it since its not "meta"
I'm going to have to disagree on the verity's brow assessment. Being able to have 3 or 4 stasis turrets out at a time can completely lock down a room, prevent champions from healing in barrier, add extra damage from freeze breaks on bosses, etc etc. It takes 3 or 4 of the bleakwatchers ice bolts to actually freeze and enemy and 1 turret often times won't shoot all 3 or 4 on the same enemy. Sure the damage boost might not be helpful but when you can earn your nade back faster than you can even chuck them out you'll be happy you've got verity's because you won't even have to worry about anything moving.
That only works in lower levels. In higher levels you kill too slow to make use of Verity.
Don't get me wrong, it's great. Hero / Legend spam all the CC and turrets you want.

Basically yeah, and even if u max those stats i think u still get benefits from it, at least i rock max dis and recov and still get rifts and grenades a lot faster with Eye

Because you're supposed to be guardians who took out God's. But we always need to nerf our power because people think pvp in destiny is meant to he competitive.
Been running since last season while everyone runs veritys brow. Got told so many times to change. 100 discipline with firepower and torment. Wellspring weapon is an added bonus.

Just used this during the week, completed multiple runs of this GM, so easy when allies are using blinding as well
eoaw is ALOT better when it comes to master or leggend AND grandmaster because the regen is PASSIVE compared to fucking verity where you can ONLY get regen if you get a grenade kill which is ALOT harder to do in high end pve

Love the build. One thing that continues to confuse me is why overloads seem impossible to damage (only sometimes) when they are frozen.
The freeze is resetting the overload stun, so while it isn't teleporting around and being a general PITA, it is still getting the regen from not being stunned, so you have to out-DPS that healing.
Didn't do that in the past, it's new, and probably a bug.

For real though, Bleak watcher is very strong and safe. And EoAW is my fave neutral exotic.

The warlords sigil gauntlets for the warlock with stasis is another great pairing. It’s crazy how some players forget how useful red war/year one exotics are.

Welcome to the club cross. Verity's and Eyes have been my main build since ehroar made a video early Beyond Light. Succession + Ikelos + Anarchy/Xeno. It's just makes PvE fun af.
This was our GM meta all last season. Between me and the other warlock with me we would stack 4-6 turrets on a champion. Between that and overload bow with Le Monarch it made most GMs pretty easy. Basically the same now except overload HC and thorn.
Just used this build in a GM and slapped it. Pretty much 100% grenade uptime without Firepower and PL in place. Awesome build
