Cut the crap already, she's a grown woman, we d I nt know her life off cameras and I never hear any commenters ask her how she's doing or being genuinely concerned about her health. ive done that with jellyfish washing up on the beach, at risk of drying up. and also ladybugs in the spring found their way to the intertidal zone, at risk of drowning. overturned horseshoe crabs, too... one becomes ten, ten become fifty, and so on- you just keep going. it makes a difference, any difference at all. its a good feeling.

Yesterday i read from a schizophrenic guy him self that the worst thing you can do is acting like you can see or hear it too. And i think you are doing the worst thing you could actually do by telling her to look "pretty". Im not a doctor, but in my book you are a big part of the problem.
In my opinion the more sincerely positive and encouraging comments people can post here the better her chances are for recovery- I do think it’s best to sincerely compliment her positive traits, and she has lots of them, while in a very kind way encouraging steps towards health. If most of her comments were like this maybe together we can help her.

On streams, she coughs a lot and this can be sign of ill heart. It's normal to cough but due to her health (her health is not ok how you can see) it can be a sign of a ill heart. The heart probably needs help.
