We could probably all spend days talking about little tales here and there from our RS times the past 2 decades. Crazy how time flies. As I personally get older, the nostalgia is hitting me harder and harder each year. That's probably the only reason I still play OSRS every now and then. Yearning for those simpler times as a kid. No game makes me feel more nostalgic than RS (Oblivion sure is a close second though).
Still remember how I got introduced to Runescape in 7th grade, would skip classes to play it at nearby Internet cafe, at old people's home.since didn't have a computer yet at home. Get in trouble daily with teachers, for being late or skipping class. Was stupid as hell, but I never regretted it, nor as I'm typing this.
28 years old now. I remember being 12 and someone gifted me my first armor set, I went on to battle imps over and over. I was so proud of myself 😂 I remember begging someone for a party cracker in hopes I could have a party hat. I’d play online so late, I’d be nearly asleep on the bus the next day. Life was so simple then…
I was 12, when I got my first membership… I didn’t know anything better and I went to Edgevil and picked rune arrows of the ground.. it was almost Christmas time and I spend hours picking rune arrows of the ground and looking whatever was left.. in the midst of all these I remember I picked a dragon dagger.. I jumped of me chair and started celebrating..

@@timbit2006 it's better either way because this video doesn't have that good rain audio. My favorite channel that I religiously use is "Hello Korea". It's live recordings and very high quality sound
People here write only the best things about OSRS.. I started playing in 2003, when I was 13. Few years later - got few 99s, almost quest cape, grinding everything like crazy.. Very beautiful experience in game, but not that good in RL. In 2012 I lost full Bandos (100mils) by hack and that made me quit for good. If I could find those guys now - I would not know how to thank to them enough because they got me out of the OSRS claws. Well, still listening to this music FTTT because I love it, it calms me down and brings me good memories. But those 10 years were thrown away. I missed some very good opportunities because of RS addiction, so I wouldn't log in never again in my life! Its worse than heroin addiction for sure.
+1 on making the rain either feel more "it's outside while I'm inside" or just a little subtler in nature in comparison to the music. Right now it's a tad bit overbearing to where it's really easy to hear where the audio loops. Either way, I'm so fuckin happy someone thought of this and made it. ♥️
