Hello! I’ve prepared a piano concerto after a long time. I was contemplating between the orchestral version and the piano solo version, but since the piano solo version sounded sufficiently good, I decided to use that arrangement for the performance. I hope you enjoy it! I’ve started uploading my pieces to Apple Music and UA-cam Music. I hope that those who usually use Apple Music and UA-cam Music find them easy to access my music. Thank you always! Have a nice day!
Kassia, I want to ask you something. The last piece I attempted to learn was Schubert’s Serenade. However, I noticed that my right hand would occasionally start to tremble while playing. Recently, I decided to stop playing piano because the tremors seemed to worsen with practice. I would be happy if you could play it ❤❤
Fun fact, on an evening sometime in the 1930's, Rachmaninoff actually played this piece for Horowitz and managed to convince him of the genius of Grieg. Prior to that meeting, Horowitz was very dismissive of Grieg as a composer. Lovely video Kassia, thank you
One of the most recognisable piano concerto intros in history, with a pretty amazing arrangement in my opinion! Grieg’s is truest one of my top favourite concertos with some other Mozart, Beethoven, Saint-Saens and a lot others… they all are amazing but this one always stands out to me, with the grand opening and an amazing cadenza as well! Thanks for playing this amazing piece :)
My son started learning to play the piano and he really liked your performance. He would be very happy to hear you perform a little night serenade. I think everyone will like it.
A piano solo arragnement... wonderful! I wanted to learn it for a competition and eventual cover but the (originally) double notes runs like in 1:10 were too awkward for me, and I had a hard time trying to master some parts of the cadenza. Anyway, props to you again for doing it on piano solo!
As a resident of Western North Carolina , and having electric now, listing to this beautiful music helps to calm me down. Did the same thing through Covid-19. Thank you.
A gorgeous melody and so well done! My top three are Rachmaninoff #2, Grieg, and Tchaikovsky piano concertos. I guess I’m in love with the romantic era of classical music.
This is one of my favorite piano concertos as its very flashy yet emotional. When I saw the title of the video, it brought me great joy. Thank you for this beautiful arrangement and performance!!
I can't even imagine how you are capable of playing the descending double thirds and thrills using the 4th and the 5th finger. You must be pretty strong. :-)
Hi Kassia!..Hope you're well. amazing version, superb tecnique and expression ! ..you are a stunning pianist and musician,I am a professional guitarist but also studied Piano when I was doing my classical guitar training,so I know this is a very hard concerto to play and you play it so well, and mixing parts of the orquestra ! Have a nice week.!
Amazing. What a sweet song and the person must also be sweet to see from the fingers that are skilled at playing the piano.. @Kassiapiano 👌🤗😉🍷🍵☕🍩🍕💻🚬🎧❤️🎼🎶🎵
Wow this is insanely beautiful. I feel so nostalgic and optimistic listening to this. It’s pieces like these that show the full range of emotional intensity the piano can create.
Saw your video of you playing La campanella, and no other version I found sounded as passionate and emotional as yours, love the way you play the piano, I hope to become even half as good as you

Thank you that is new fact about Rachmaninoff I didn’t know
i lately read a story, that franz liszt was sight reading this piece in front of Grieg. And…. He played it perfectly.
@@pianissiimo Yeah Liszt was known for being a machine at sight reading and some of his contemporaries even described him as a "human metronome"
@@Seenall yes liszt was a legend
Also, Rachmaninoff made his first concerto using this piece as a model.
From Ballade pour Adeline to THIS PIECE ? Ma'am I love you
Thank you!!:)💕

Beautiful rendition, you can hear the emotion over the music which is not something you see often with this piece well played
POV: The orchestra forgets about the rehearsal and only the pianist shows up.
That was a really beautiful and clean performance.
Thanks much!!:)💕
@@Kassiapiano We really wish you would perform it onstage someday.
