Rare Foreign Power, Hi-Rail, MOW Equipment and SD70ACU Action!

Today, we caught the return of NS 7712 coming back from the west as a DPU this time! It was lead by an AC4400 which had a stack fire and wasn't loading but was too far away to see on the video.
