Would also request you to make a detailed video on Ganesh Bella Rossa phase 2 where the builder has unilaterally extended RERA dates from 2025 to 2027, 2030 and builder is busy launcing new projects while this old project is still stuck.

Shahbaz sir ji, you are correct, you'll get a 2bhk flat around 60L(now that also won't possible) but carpet will be around 650 only, if you want more than 650 carpet then price will goes to 70L and more, I'm resident of Punawale since 3 years.

According to me investing in flats is waste, if you buy for your own use, then it's okay but I don't prefer it as real estate unless and until it is land.

Hello Sir, I have purchased 2 BHK in Kumar Goldmine 3 years ago. RERA Date is 30th March 2025 but they haven’t completed that much work yet. Could you please help me ?… I am living in another Flat on Rent due to this because while purchasing flat they told me you will get Flat in December 2024 no matter what.
