press start/esc, open settings, choose graphics, then you can change the graphics from there.

but i got only 80 or 90 fps with very high settings
How obt battery life
There is an issue with gta 5 ,Even you set it on max grapics still the textures lines stutter
might be a mix of other graphics mods
