Great vid! I for one like to combine things in kits; so that for example you only have 3 things to pull out of a side pocket rather than having to empty the entire thing and then dig through to find what I need. Examples are: fire kit, water treatment kit, PPE, etc.
Holy Ben! its like how many gizmos and gadgets can I fit in one bag, would love to see you spend 72hrs in the wild with this bag, that would make a fantastic video!
You'll want to have that tourniquet out of the package and staged. You don't want to waste precious seconds getting it applied. Sterility is not the concern. It's stopping the blood loss.
so a couple things you might look at getting that are small and simple are Nuun Active and CLIF BLOKS. the Nuun is a tablet that dissolves in water and is an electrolyte tab that is used by cyclists to stay hydrated on longer rides. the CLIF BLOKS are full of caffine and carbs. quick energy to keep going in a bad situation. both you can get at your local Cycling shop and are pretty inexpensive
Sorry but I don't understand why people keep putting things into their water bottles for storage. If there was ever any situation where you had to bug out. The first thing you would do is ,fill your water bottles. Secondly I can tell you haven't tried this kit yet. None of it is organised, and you have more ways of cooking food than you have food for cooking. I do understand having spare item's, just incase. But not so much where it is adding weight. And you need much much more food. As an ex infantry sniper, I know food is all you will crave. If things ever did go bad, and you had to perform for a few days. That food is your fuel. And you will use more fuel than you can ever imagine. When I was a in the military and I was very fit, I did this stuff regularly. But food was all we ever talked about when on operations or exercise. Plus you need more dry clothes, torch, batteries, communication, and security.
This bag is my second bag in my set. The first one is my true bug out bag. This one is the add on to that should I have the means to bring it. Thats why my bags change alot ag they go up. I am constantly changing my bags as I find things I don't need. Or need more of its an ongoing process.
@@coyoteoutdoorsgarage That's great. I hope you didn't think I was being rude about your bag. I was just pointing out a few things that may help. It's just I notice some things in some videos that, as a C.O. P sniper. We would never have had. I'm sure many people would see my bag and disagree with many things as well. Take care my friend!

Don't store your sawyer in an airtight plastic bag as any remaining moisture can't evaporate and it makes them grow nasty stuff
I have stored them that way for years and not had an issue. but I will take that into advisement in the future.
@@coyoteoutdoorsgarage I just thought I should mention as thats how I wrecked my first one

Not at all I take all criticism and adjust.
You lost me at "personal grooming kit".
