It only cost $20pw to go to a gym. I need to change my lifestyle to cater to being more healthy in general. It can only get positive from there. Being in this current high demanding job has come at a cost. I used to be much bigger & ate more & healthier. I’m making changes like finding work close to home so I can focus more on myself instead of being flogged at work for 12hours a day & almost 2 hours a day travel which has taken its toll.
