    With experience after investing in vikarabad, I hope i am eligible to answer this, my father bought a plot 600sqryrds for 6k yard, now after 4 yrs land rate has been appreciated drastically, now they are quoting 15k per yrd, and now everyone started investing and big realtors pooling lands for ventures like Pragna, Aparna, Vertex and many more in pipeline, CM Revanth Reddy is also from Vikarabad dist and Speaker is also from same dist, so this is huge positive position to vikarabad and vikarabad dist too, so think and invest if you are hoping for good returns in near future

      @@laxmikanthvishwanadam3440 excellent......shankarpally to vikarabad min 40km and cyber towers to vikarabad 75km...now a days we dont like to sit in office cabs for 30min bcz of heavy traffic...WHOM GET ADVANTAGE WITH THIS ROADS..(DO WE KNOWING WHERE WE ARE INVESTING NOW A DAYS)...

      @@nidhrasrinivas1457 garu same question was in my mind ..I was literally controlling my patience and just waiting video to end.bcoz without watching completely I cannot come to conclusion...so wanted to know what made mani kanta Garu worth if he is a buyer.so I can learn something....I dont want to know or comment from the person who made the video.because he is not pressurizing any one to buy from him..and there is a saying kaki pilla kaki ki mudu.so not interested to know from the channel

      @@laxmikanthvishwanadam3440 even i dont like to oppose any one ..i just told practical things happening in this real estate..End of the day if some one likes they will buy else they will drop...but 1 thing disappointing me everyone comparing kokapet, shankarpally and selling 70km away lands with higher prices...a middle class investor not able to buy a piece of land..
