‘It wasn’t about that’ is the perfect statement.
Once I figured this out, I thankfully left.
One of my favourite comments (heard previously): ‘you are not running a psychiatric facility’

Nothing makes me happier than to know my videos bring help or comfort 💜 When I started making videos nearly six years ago I knew I was being called to share what I learned during a painful time in my life. Im honored and blessed to be able to share.

Oh God, that’s soooo true !!
I have been only in those relationships, started with my mother. It turns you so crazy!!! By now, I am 50 years old and been again in now in a even violent relationship, try hardly to get out .
Through my life I managed to isolate myself completely, started drinking after over 22 years of been sober.
    It’s a real nightmare.
Sorry for my English, I am from Berlin/ Germany

Today is a good day to start caring for yourself again. If you want to break free you will need a clear head and likely some support. You can do this! 💜

Stay strong Lisa! It can be quite hard in the beginning, which is one of the primary reasons I offer 1:1 coaching. Https://www.drDeniseDart.com

It's a win at all costs mentality. Change the pronouns he/ she as needed. The play the parent or the child; they can't do equal. They know they hurt you that's why they don't want to hear about it. Its a win at all costs mentality my needs should be met; yours probably not.

It sure is! It never ceases to amaze that there seems to be no bounds on bad behavior with the intent to win and power over another. 💜
