Hi Will. I am watching your vdos regularly and can't thankyou enough..they have helped me so much. There's one thing I wanted to request you abt. You have shown so many exercises that it is difficult to remember each one of them and do them daily. So could make one or two vdos showing exercises which will cover all aspects and which we can do daily in an hour or so?...Please give a thought to this and help us out
I was thinking the same thing! If I were to do all the exercises that I have viewed here, it would take me all day. In Will’s book, he has a chapter on nine key movements. There are additional exercises I would like to incorporate, but how to design a routine is the tricky part for me.
Thank you for great reminders/corrections. TIP: When you are lying on your dark colour (blue) table, it would be helpful if your shirt was a different colour so it would be obvious where your back is in relation to the table.
Thanks for the reminder on doing the exercises in the right anatomical position for maximum benefit. Appreciate your demonstrations so much ❤😊
So pleased I can help - there's no benefit if we're not making sure we're doing the exercises correctly!
How i can get your book If i do not want to use amazon?
Thanks Will for one more fantastic video. Love the way you have explained how to do these all three exercises in a correct way and which exercise targets which muscle group. Differentiating between the right and the wrong way to do an exercise makes all the difference. Stay blessed❤
Absolutely, it's so important to make sure we do the moves properly to prevent injury and to optimise the benefits!
Had a stroke of brain stem three years ago which left me un able to lay on left side or back because vertigo kicks in . Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you Will. YOU are a great physio so much clarity in your explanations. So very useful. I never miss your videos God bless 😊you😊❤
Thank you so much for watching, it truly means a lot to me!
I love and appreciate your detailed, concise explanations! It makes all the difference. You're by far the best physio I've seen, including the ones I've gone to here in Canada. I'm so grateful ❤ Thank you

Thank you so much, these are the exercises I need to do to strengthen my legs, this video keeps me to remind myself to do them correctly.👍👍👍💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💕
Happy my video can make sure you get the greatest benefit from these exercises!
Im seventy, but may I say that many your videos are, and could be extremely valuable to younger people or beginners. So many youngsters now have appalling posture that you address in many videos. It seems a shame that many would overlook your amazing content because of the 'over fifties ' label.
Thanks for your valuable demonstration of correct exercises 😊
Pleased I can help!
Thank you. Very informative
So pleased it was helpful!
Love, love helps me to do what i have to do correctly

Hi Will, I've learned so much to improve my exercise and movement from you! This one about 3 exercise people get wrong with the right way to do them is super helpful. What are your thoughts about the yoga malasana or Asian squat? I cannot do this one and am curious if there are benefits to working up to it. Thanks for the great content!
Thanks again

Hi Will
I am 57 and having arthritis on my both knees more on the right one.
I have been doing exercises for my knees 3-4 times a week. Those exterior were shown to me by local therapist.
Every time I do exercises I have more pain.
Also I have started doing your glutes exercises and it is too early to say if those exercises are being helpful.
Please let me know if you have any idea what needs to be done.
Thank you
Sam
Hi. I have neck issues (cervical spondylosis). Is it better for me to use a pillow? Kindly advise. Thank you.
Hi Will thank you so very much for your channel. You have helped me so much❤ you said to ask questions so please can you do a podcast on problem necks with age degeneration, arthritis and spurs. I would really appreciate it. Thank you. From South Africa
Hi there - so pleased to hear my channel has been helpful - I haven't thought about doing a podcast yet but I have added your comment to my list of future videos for consideration - thank you for your comment :)
Hello Will , thank you for taking the time to make those videos. I am 69 and, exercise every morning. I have hammer toes. I have started to stretch them. Any advice . Thank you.
❤ Thanks
You're welcome!
Hi will I heard. We must warm up first for every excercisrs is it true ,I had stroke but have recovered but my legs are very weak I have fallen a few times my hip hurts doctors have suggested for hip replacement but my physio says I can recover without an operation after doing some exercises some is the same as what you are doing but on my ride side is very painful I can't stand for long looks like I have to sit or else I'm going to fall,I can't sit for long because when I stand up my legs seems to be jammed up walking becomes difficult what advise would you give me
I know that the bridge is the most important exercise for si joint and tailbone pain. However, i just can’t do it because it’s too painful! Suggestions?
Is the squat good for SI joint pain? I'm not sure whether a correct squat should put most of the pressure on the knees and thighs and so only a little load left on the SI joints?
Great that'll make 4th for me, other expert saying biking's a no-no for hip arthitis, but I'm good to go right Will 'cause it's not arthitis (hope not)!
Really interesting. I’ve done a few clams recently and they did seem easy so I’m pretty sure I was doing them wrong. Will also check my squats. Thank you. 😊
I hope my advice can help you to get the most out of these moves!
Thank you for your frequent reminders(in a few videos) to be mindful of our form whenever we do our exercises. Not many online exercise gurus stress the importance of the correct form. As a result, many of us did the exercises wrongly and started wondering about the reason/s for the poor result and gave up easily.
I too never realised my mistakes until after watching your videos. Especially the bridge, the clam and the squat. I now learn to be mindful of where I should feel the stretch during and after the exercise. Feels good to know that I have exercised the right muscle. And it gives me the confidence to try on other exercises. Thank you Will!
Absolutely, there's no benefit to the moves if we're doing them poorly and risking injury!

Thanks Will. Your thoughts on doing an Asian, primal or resting squat, which is very deep? Isn't this a natural position for the body, although many of us in the West have lost the ability to do, even if we did it without thinking as toddlers and young children. It's also the best way to deficate in the woods! Is there a right and wrong way of doing the Asian, primal or resting squat?
Please tell swimming excercise for over 65 yrs oldy woman

It seems like your voice sounds muffled in most of your videos..rather difficult to hear.
