@Son of a Glitch There are a couple of ways you might've been able to watch it before it aired on TV. You either live in a country that had no TV service and just got it to work. Or your dick shaped car can also turn into a DeLorean and you traveled to 2009 from 2004 and prior. You decide whichever applies to you.

Hey guys, did anyone of you find a way to erase every LOST episode from their head so they can watch it again? If anybody has the answer, please reply! XD
***** Oh come on, that's too harsh. I agree the first season is perfect, but there are some amazing stuff in the later seasons. Things that I never felt again watching any other show or movie. And for that, all the seasons are kind of special to me, even if they weren't perfect.

It's just looked like to me that devs. themselves did'nt now the whole story, and made everything on the run, then got bored and just finished it somehow. :(
***** You're definitely right about that. And I think even the show runners themselves admitted to this after it ended. And they said how they were making things as they went along because of how successful the show was. And that there wasn't a clear story or ending to the show. But I still admire the show, even in it's 4th and 5th season, because I still felt and loved the atmosphere you were talking about, even if it was lacking. But I have to say, the last season as a whole, I thought it was the weakest. From the writing to the directing and even acting. As for the end "I have to go there". I thought it was emotionally beautiful, and I won't lie to you, I cried very hard at the meeting between Jack and his father. But the end failed from a story telling point of view. In the end, I still appreciate LOST, because what it offered was something very different from anything else. So even if I think it wasn't perfect, I still liked the majority of the journey.
Ahmed Ghazwan it could be perfect only in one way - if they never finished it. I had some shock next few month or something after watching the finale. Right now it is 22/09/24 in Australia. 20 years since the official date of the crash of Oceanic 815 on 22/09/04. I am still playing 4,8,15,16,23,42 as my lotto numbers. Hasn’t done me any good yet 😂.
Jack, Kate and Charlie were like the special trio at the beginning of the show. We only saw the plane crash from their perspectives and were also the first ones attacked by the smoke monster
After seeing the show at least 40 times through, it's almost as if my brain had sort of put these pieces together already but actually seeing them together was insane!!
@@DanielSelk Props for still answering questions 7 years later :') How was his dad's coffin empty? When the smoke monster took Locke's form Locke's actual body was still there, why wasn't that the case with Jack's dad?
@@Lotselance it's the case with Jack's dad too, the monster took his form when he tried to manipulate and kill Jack in the first season and later when he manipulated Claire and Locke, as for the body, simple I think it's lost or eaten by animals.
@@DanielSelkI think in this case, it was actually the ghost of Jack’s father, not Smokey. It happened right after the crash, so it would have been pretty quick for him to find Christian’s body, scan it, then find Vincent. Also, Christian tells Vincent to wake up his son, he has work to do (he’s a candidate to replace Jacob). This doesn’t seem like something Smokey would do, he can’t get off the island while there is a protector, so he wants to eliminate all the candidates, so it’s doubtful he want Jack to get up and get to work (saving other Candidates or protecting the island). Don’t forget that ghosts regularly appear on the island: Isabel, Ben’s Mom, Michael, Jacob, etc.
The way the show was made, it seemed like everything was filmed at the same time (obviously it wasn't) but the way it all comes together with each episode made this one of the greatest shows I know.
I'm 11 years late to this video and I super appreciate it. Just binge watched all 6 Seasons in less than a month and I'm glad I did. I never got to finish the show after Season 3
This is absolutely phenomenal. Someone obviously put an extreme amount of time into this, and created something even the producers of LOST would love. Great job, really! This is something every LOST fan should see.
This is a fantastic edit!! The time stamps are so cool as an addition. I turned 8 the day Lost premiered, so the “crash” is special to me in a way, since they technically crashed on my birthday.
Mauricio Well, it's like having a show with a variety of characters with a variety of flavors and somehow you "forget" to include the black character. It just weird and doesn't make sense.
dkdj12 IMO it has to be in an artful way, Most shows these days it feels forced just because its the thing to do these days. Arrow does it very well in my opinion, it fits in with the story but is not the main focus.
CrazyJoshCravy ----I'm surprised by your comment since Shannon's continual whining starts with standing straight up screaming on the beach in that scene & Boone is hunched over who we'll find is Rose giving her mouth to mouth 'because I have a license from being a life guard' he tells Jack who replies 'You need to give that license back'
yup, look up "Chronologically Lost". Basically its a recut of the whole series put in order similar to the way this video was made. the only way to watch it (afaik) is to download it from a torrent. the file's pretty big too, ~60 gigabytes. EDIT: apparently someone else also made another recut of Lost. it's called "Lost Chrono". I don't know what the differences are between the two remakes but i suggest you research them both
Just rewatched Lost after 3 years. Best TV show I have ever seen. Always loved the characters - they are so complex. And the soundtrack is amazing, Michael Giacchino did an excellent job!
Cal _ 290 If you want to watch the entire series that way, you can find it on: chronologicallylost.com (the guy re-edit the entire series chronologically from the very beginning to the end...). It's different, but funny :)
OMG, being a long-time LOST fan, I have no idea how it took me this long to find this video. Just perfect, thank you, and see you in another life, brotha
The show is excellent, intriguing and ingenious. I have no idea what kind of personal issues people have with the writers and directors of LOST, and I honestly don't care. I don't bother looking through a profile of every writer when I watch a show. I watch it and see whether I enjoy it or not. I understand that LOST is probably not for everybody. I know that many people would likely get annoyed if they get a new plot twist or question in every episode, quite literally having to keep a "diary" of the questions they have. In the end, almost every question that is asked is answered (at least so I believe, as I really don't have any questions left), and the mystery part is done and over with. Does it matter that in the end it's superstition, belief and magic that prevails? I really don't think so. They introduced many science aspects, including the ones that are most challenging to do well; time travel, and they did it excellently. In the end, even if the script writers didn't know what they were doing when they were writing the show, all it says to me is that they are pure geniuses if they were able to pull the show off so well despite presumably having written a bunch of bullshit from the start. It's hard to build a neat house, but you know what's harder? To make a messy house - neat. Granted, there WERE some potential continuity errors, but they didn't concern me in the end. LOST was a show that showed me characters that perfectly aligned with one another. No other show OR movie for that matter in history was able to achieve what LOST did with the cast. They were all believable, all trustworthy. They were all friends, and you could see it. I was with them until the end, and that's what was best about this show. You see, without compelling characters, this show would have been exactly as you described it, it would have been a mess that nobody should have cared about, however, it wasn't. The fact that the characters were interesting made me watch the show tirelessly viewing each episode multiple times. To this day I probably watched LOST at least 10 times, and that's not over-exaggeration. That's the only reason I have almost no questions about the show. It's literally because I viewed it through and through almost memorizing it like a robot. The great (I agree, sometimes cheesy) acting and the intriguing plot line is what always kept me invested in this show, and still does. I think LOST receives FAR too much hate, because to me, it's something that to this day television was unable to achieve. To this day, it's the best show and/or movie I have ever seen. It simply is a masterpiece. What made it even better, is that it made me emotionally attached to the characters and their beliefs. It changed my views on many things, family, friends, everything. That's something no other source of media could ever achieve, and yet there was LOST. I am a guy that generally never gets sad or scared when watching movies, and yet somehow LOST managed to make me legitimately cry. LOST was always about the characters, and it stayed about the characters. They made a group of people perfectly fit together like a puzzle, and that, by far, was the most enjoyable feat of the show. I don't believe any other movie or show will ever make me feel like LOST did. Of course, there are the usual great shows like Breaking Bad or Sherlock, but they simply don't do what LOST did for me. I memorize things from LOST, put them in my perspective, feel and want to feel like I'm actually there. With Breaking Bad, I really don't feel that. I don't feel intrigued, I don't feel sad, scared...I just feel about it as if it's a mere source of entertainment. LOST isn't just a source of entertainment. It's an idea, and that idea changed everything you see on television forever. I truly hope more people out there actually take their time to watch the show. Meanwhile, I'll be planning the multiple videos I'm going to make about it...and watch LOST for another 50 times. This is something I will treasure for the rest of my life, right until I die.
Finally someone who feels what I feel. People are ready to chop me up into little piece when I tell them I don't like Breaking Bad. I just got to watch it after Lost, and because of that, it didn't mean anything anymore. If I had watched Breaking Bad before Lost, it would have probably been a lot better :)
lost was excellent the only problem i had with was the ending the story was so amazing i don't know how they could wrote that much tv gold and have that shitty ending.
This show does require close attention to detail and even reviewing. And of course, the more familiar you are with the literary references, philosophical and religious concepts that it address, the more you get out of it. It is actually my all time favorite show, but then I am a massive nerd when it comes to literature and philosophy.
The fact that the first thing the smoke monster does in response to the plane crash is use Jack's dad (the first dead body to hit the Island from that plane) to give the dog a command to go wake up Jack is so great and dramatic.
I think in this case, it was the actual ghost of Jack’s dad. Smokey would have really had to be moving to find the body, scan it, then find Vincent…all to get him to wake up Jack because he had work to do? Doesn’t seem like a very smoke monster thing to do, especially since Jack’s “work” as a Candidate was ultimately to prevent the smoke monster from leaving the island.
Just rewatched the series for like the 7th time or whatever it is, and I stumble upon this absolutely brilliant edit for the first time! What a masterpiece! Well done man 🙌🙌🙌
it would be very impressive if someone did the entire show this way. mind you it would take a lot of the suspense and mystery away fro 1st-time viewers but it would be nice for those of us that have seen it to watch the show unfold in chronological order.
OMFG I was brought to tears seeing this. Holy shit I can still feel it. All the characters. It's been since 2014 but I can still feel it. Need to watch this show again, seriously.
Everyone has been praising the writing of the show, and while I could not be any happier for some final acknowledgment of the writers´work, I think a special thanks has to go to the directors of the show. The intensity of the show is mainly based on their talent.
Me and my wife just binge watched the entire series and just finished twodays ago. This video is so dope. Got to see all them scenes in real time like that. Awesome job!!!
Yeah, I mean holy mother of god...Knowing that situations like that can happen in real life (minus the whole government involvement or supernatural forces)....I just felt so bad for those passengers on that flight and other people, I mean to go through something that horrific is heartbreaking.
2:10 it just took me until right now, nine years after I finished this show on Netflix in 2015 in my freshman year of high school, that it was Desmond's delay in activating the button that led the plane to crash.

Jack landed in the bamboo forest not far from the cave of light! I thought that was crazy!
How was his dad alive?
@@warrioroffpeace3673 He wasn't. It was the smoke monster looking like the father.

This is so sick. Makes 6 seasons, and 120+ episodes much easier to understand timeline-wise.
To pyramid head/ the editor.
This is the most perfect edit, down to the second, with the timer on screen keeping track. Beautiful. Thank you forever
This is a fantastic edit!! The time stamps are so cool as an addition.
I turned 8 the day Lost premiered, so the “crash” is special to me in a way, since they technically crashed on my birthday.
great, now I have to watch the whole series over again
+TheCarpetLife I've seen it 4 times, I Love Lost. I love it so much that i have had dreams about how they could continue it.
+Skypost4ever I've made fan characters for the series lmao. This show really needs a gay character!
I've never said that "every show in existence" needed one, but this one certainly does. Mauricio

Well, it's like having a show with a variety of characters with a variety of flavors and somehow you "forget" to include the black character. It just weird and doesn't make sense.

IMO it has to be in an artful way, Most shows these days it feels forced just because its the thing to do these days. Arrow does it very well in my opinion, it fits in with the story but is not the main focus.
"Did you see where the tail landed..." "Yeah, probably in the water"
Up above in the top right panel...tail end lands in the water.
Awesome.
I like how you did the 24 thing.
Years later and that still gave me chills... literal goose bumps.

5:40 I don't know how many times I've seen this crash, but I have never noticed Boone and Shannon there
same!
CrazyJoshCravy ----I'm surprised by your comment since Shannon's continual whining starts with standing straight up screaming on the beach in that scene & Boone is hunched over who we'll find is Rose giving her mouth to mouth 'because I have a license from being a life guard' he tells Jack who replies 'You need to give that license back'
So the show started at 4:20 on the button. Of course it did.
Nice
Is there a version of the whole Lost made like that ? I would definitely watch it so I could finally know what the fuck is happening and why.
yup, look up "Chronologically Lost".
I don't know what the differences are between the two remakes but i suggest you research them both
Thank you !
+sno question. is the way chronogically lost made it in complete year order? like are the scenes when they go back in time are at the beginning?
***** yes, based on what ive read. i still haven't watched it because its a huge download

One of the best shows I've ever seen. Still holds up to this day.

Wow what can I say, this is my favourite show of all time and I've never seen this. Absolutely incredible effort love it!
12 years later. Thanks for this video and your editing skills, seriously appreciated even after so long!
That was beyond well done...timing editing perfect!!! Plus I am seeing this 12 yrs after you did it just re-watched this series
Such an clever idea. Very well done :)

Wow, that was really well put together! Fab work.

I just finished Lost for the very first time. This is awesome editing!
what episode did Christian tell Vincent to go wake up Jack?
is was one of the mini episodes they released, it wasn't on an actual episode.
Amanda Wynn Ah I was confused because I watched the whole series in a matter of 2 weeks and didnt remember the clip xD
This clip was an extra, it was in the "LOST Missing Pieces"

So well said, I couldn't agree more.
Beautifully said....you have great judgement and a great spirit....I agree with everything you said..
Amen, Every word!
No one thought this but how did cindy go from the lavatory in the front near charlie then lands with the tail section?
She was standing when the plane crashed, and probably was sucked out of the plane when the tail section broke away.
I like how UA-cam recommends me stuff from 10 years ago and then I realize UA-cam is more than 10 years old.

This show does require close attention to detail and even reviewing. And of course, the more familiar you are with the literary references, philosophical and religious concepts that it address, the more you get out of it. It is actually my all time favorite show, but then I am a massive nerd when it comes to literature and philosophy.
The time when John wakes up is 4:20
not a "blazing it" reference here, just... you know... the numbers

I've alway's said to people , when you watch this show , close your blinds lock the door and turn off your phone , then enjoy this Masterpiece
I remember watching this video years ago, the editing still goes insanely hard

it would be very impressive if someone did the entire show this way. mind you it would take a lot of the suspense and mystery away fro 1st-time viewers but it would be nice for those of us that have seen it to watch the show unfold in chronological order.

God I love this show. Nothing will ever beat Lost's jaw dropping cliffhangers and moments. Brilliant writers.
Everyone has been praising the writing of the show, and while I could not be any happier for some final acknowledgment of the writers´work, I think a special thanks has to go to the directors of the show. The intensity of the show is mainly based on their talent.
