I dread flying now,, my fear is ending up on a flight with someone like this not a screaming child,,that I can help with. I love dressing up nicely to the airport. Minimal carry on items so I can get through security quicker. Always arrive two hours before flight. I really enjoy it.

This is exactly the reason why I love pilots with a pair. One time we were taxing from the gate at Chicago and the Captain told some guy four times to shut down his cell phone. The guy didn't listen. We went back to the gate and tossed his ass off the aircraft. After finally reaching our destination the Captain came out of the cockpit and I shook his hand. I found out he was a former Navy fighter pilot. I have some advice for passengers like this...STFU and sit down.

There are many You- Tube vids on unruly aircraft passengers. I reviewed a bunch. I didn’t see any pre- disposition for bad behavior based on race. Most miscreants were either black or white. I did notice that more women than men act out on flights. The flight crew has absolutely no control over flight delays. Treat them like people. They work really hard and don’t make much. The police also work very hard for very little. To any men or women in blue out there, thank you for your service.
Flight attended doesn't have the control on flight delays but their job is to make sure their passengers are comfortable. The Lady is just being honest because they are seating in a hot airplane with no attendant giving them water or any cool drinks,. I flew 9 hours one night seated beside a guy that went into a rant once we were in the air. He just went on and on. Flight attendants tried to settle him down to no avail. I did notice between ranting episodes he would turn to me and carry on a conversation. During one of his rants I excused myself and walked to the restroom. One of the attendants stopped me and asked if I was with the guy. I told her no. Then I thought a second and told her if she would spot me a couple of beers I would do my best to shut this loud mouth up. As I sat back down he was between outbursts. I begin chatting with him about anything I could think of. The attendant brought me my beer and the more I talked the more civil the guy became. I really think the fellow was scared to death of flying and ranting and raving was simply his reaction to being afraid. After we landed in Copenhagen I was about to get off the plane and two attendants and the captain stopped me and thanked me for what they called "defusing the situation" I told them I appreciated the free beer and actually found the entire episode to be rather interesting.

This is exactly the reason why I love pilots with a pair. One time we were taxing from the gate at Chicago and the Captain told some guy four times to shut down his cell phone. The guy didn't listen. We went back to the gate and tossed his ass off the aircraft. After finally reaching our destination the Captain came out of the cockpit and I shook his hand. I found out he was a former Navy fighter pilot. I have some advice for passengers like this...STFU and sit down.

There are many You- Tube vids on unruly aircraft passengers. I reviewed a bunch. I didn’t see any pre- disposition for bad behavior based on race. Most miscreants were either black or white. I did notice that more women than men act out on flights. The flight crew has absolutely no control over flight delays. Treat them like people. They work really hard and don’t make much. The police also work very hard for very little. To any men or women in blue out there, thank you for your service.
Flight attended doesn't have the control on flight delays but their job is to make sure their passengers are comfortable. The Lady is just being honest because they are seating in a hot airplane with no attendant giving them water or any cool drinks,.
Basically if you love review then review this video first don't judge them just because you caught them raging the moment you play the video

Last time we flew the attendants and Pilot were by the door, my daughter smiled and said, "Thanks for the ride!" All three of them smiled. Thank God for people who will still serve the public, even when they are treated like crap.

I flew 9 hours one night seated beside a guy that went into a rant once we were in the air. He just went on and on. Flight attendants tried to settle him down to no avail. I did notice between ranting episodes he would turn to me and carry on a conversation. During one of his rants I excused myself and walked to the restroom. One of the attendants stopped me and asked if I was with the guy. I told her no. Then I thought a second and told her if she would spot me a couple of beers I would do my best to shut this loud mouth up. As I sat back down he was between outbursts. I begin chatting with him about anything I could think of. The attendant brought me my beer and the more I talked the more civil the guy became. I really think the fellow was scared to death of flying and ranting and raving was simply his reaction to being afraid. After we landed in Copenhagen I was about to get off the plane and two attendants and the captain stopped me and thanked me for what they called "defusing the situation" I told them I appreciated the free beer and actually found the entire episode to be rather interesting.
I'd have told him I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses, as I am. That would likely have shut him up.

Flying was a far more pleasant experience when it was more expensive. Now its like taking a city bus or the subway.
