Get front lowering control arm brackets to put the geometry back in spec. Night and day difference. Also, try running no more than 30/32 psi in your tires. Worked wonders for me. 👍
A spacer lift will give you a much harsher ride than a suspension lift.
Good to know! I will likely be going up to 35's on my '24 JLUR when I wear out the stock 33's in a couple of years. Of course Jeep wouldn't allow me to get the XR package because I wanted the 6-spd manual. I figure I'll have to do something when I go 35's, probably not much since the Rubi is already lifted a little.

Thanks for the honest lifted Wrangler talk and advice. Using Bilstein shock absorbers would probably be cheaper than other options too. Was your Gladiator lifted and if so what type?
Nope, it was not lifted.
Hi Rob, I installed an AEV 2.5" Dual Sport Suspension on my Wrangler JK. I took it and had the alignment checked and adjusted. Mine is a Willys and I kept the stock wheels. Really, no problems with ride quality. The AEV suspension came with Bilstein shocks, Dual sport springs, and other pieces to make it work well. AEV may still provide Jeep with "OEM" approved suspension mods. BTW, the suspension was easy to install with as were my Rock Hard bumpers and Warn M8000 winch among other mods I have done over the years.
Just disconnect the hood switch and it disapears the autostart stop. Its called bump steer, the geometry of your track bar is wrong.

Rob...good man, couple misses on this one. Shocks absolutely do not set your ride height. Springs do. You added a spacer above the springs to change the height. Only other way to do that is to add a different spring. Unless you changed the shocks, you're now riding in a bad part of the shock, which is why it's so stiff. Throw on a better shock (fox, etc...) and it will soften up and absorb better. As far as steering, lifting it changed the caster. You need a longer lower control arm to bring it back into spec, it will steer and track much much better.
Not a control arm! A pitman arm. A control arm is a component in independent suspension. The pitman arm slides on the splines on the steering gear. Maybe a longer drag link or center link.
