Im got this smove mobile gimbal, it is not worth to purchase if you using Android. They updated currently the app to add Object Tracking and time lapse. Both not working! Time Lapse shoots only ONE Photo and the app crashes on Object / Face Tracking.
just I second that... I hate it.. App crashes.. Won't stay connected... It's horrible.. Buttons don't work.. Except for the joystick.

Which gimbal do you think is the best for android users at the moment? I feel like all gimbal apps doesn't work 100% or has limitations with android phones.
You're dead wrong the app works fine using an android phone now. You must work for CNN

How can I move face tracking to 3/4 vertical center on screen ?
Face tracking is set for default in the center of the screen on vertical view.
But I will like to have the face at 3/4 from bottom. Do you know what i mean?
Is there a Zoom function and does it work with a Huawei Mate 20pro ?

It's a great review however I really would have loved to see you use the function that switched from portrait to landscape.
Nice video. Can you have multiple waypoints besides just start and end in the time-lapse modes? Is the zoom on this gimbal smooth or digital & choppy?

Im looking for a good gimbal for my iPhone XS Max that will allow me to still plug in an external mic in the lightning port. Most seem to cover the port.
Will this work with the pixel 2? And can you add an external mic with it?
I received mine yesterday. Unfortunately, the app won't stay connected to the stabilizer, which makes the whole thing useless. I'm using a Galaxy S22 Ultra. There's no support phone number to call, no chat, only email and I still haven't received a reply to an email I sent over a week ago before I bought this. I'm no stranger to this kind of equipment, so I'm pretty sure it's not a matter of operator error.
Also, the app you're showing looks nothing like the app I downloaded. There are several versions of the app and I tried all of them. You also have the side buttons, which mine doesn't have! The tracking doesn't work, either.

I was hoping Smove was going to be the gimbal for me. I've asked their staff about my intended use and they weren't sure if that would work. It didn't. It was for my IGTV vertical video shoot using Moment's wide lens. But on my product return request they stopped responding. They tried to give me a couple of reasons I should keep it. But not willing to take return. Now I'm stuck with it. Expensive paperweight.

How do you get the crisp slo motion
I see some are having issues with the app and all. Is this just an Android issue? I have an iPhone and don’t want to just spend money on a gimbal that may go bad fast. Not sure how good their support staff is.

Hi, I like your review but can you please film in an environment that's not so depressing and sad to see? Some of your stellar moves would look great filming million dollar homes or just inspiring architecture... something dreamy and uplifting. This reminds me of a brothel and very sad. I like your review though and just can't get enough of viewing what these devices can do. Thank you.
How does it work with an iPhone X?
Update. I have a Samsung S7. Got my Smove Mobile May 25th. Unfortunately I have had nothing but problems. The app crashes a lot. When it doesn't crash my phone runs extremely hot. Anytime I try to change the settings like motor strength, shooting scene, rocker setting, autorotation mode, joystick speed they all just go back to the default settings. I hope you other Android users don't run into the same problems that I have. Sucks I spent $160 for something that I can't use. I'm going back to my handheld camcorder and tripod. Never had these issues using those.
Thanks for update. I was about to pull the trigger on this, but I can't knowing all of these problems.
Actually just checked on Google Play and there have been at least a couple of recent app updates that sound promising. Reviews on the App seem to be happy with updates and it shows they are trying to address issues at least. May give it a go.

I watch A LOT of UA-cam videos and one thing that would have been so much more helpful...when you reference another video there's two things you HAVE TO do: 1) Put a link under the SHOW MORE and /or 2) Put a Hyperlink on the video so we can easily copy the link. If you don't, you leave us to the mindless task of searching through all your videos on your channel to try and find the ONE video you are referring to. Oh and bonus option 3) If someone asks about the link in the comments, then you should be quick to copy the link. Thanks...now back to the show.

Lol u guys know that is not a smove mobile? This is FeiyuTech Vimble 2 , but with logo "Smoove mobile".
I ended up buying the Vimble 2 and the app for it sucks so I downloaded the Smove app and it still pairs up with the FeiyuTech! Works great now lol!

Slo-mo footage is all but useless in judging the effectiveness of a gimbal.
What I don’t like it the single button for many functions, It’s a pain in the neck to memorise the numbers of taps and function 👎🏼

ok let's be honest and you make a review of tips, I feel that you should be honest about it as well.
I bought one and I am finally on vacation using one of them. why don`t you tell everyone that the app for smove on android totally SUCKS big time. because it turns the phone so hot that after a while if disconnects from the Gimbel. I am not sure if you are getting paid since they use your videos on their website, this is just like all the company. they make an app for android because it is mandatory but they don`t really care, they only care about iPhone products because it is a bigger market. I hope that I can return it when I get back home, totally disappointed. you also don`t tell people how heavy it is, and you are also lying because this Gimbel is huge and only fits in your pocket if you are a giant.

Pass - do yourself a favor. Videos were crooked. Asked for a refund. Filed a claim with credit card, and then the responded. Returned the product, and now they aren't giving me the refund. They have no physical address, no phone number and no return policy. DJI Osmo is better.

🙄 Unscrupulous. This looks EXACTLY like a Feiyu Vimble 2 , from Amazon (which sells for less $, BTW). Not sure if this version is rebranded or an earlier generation Vimble or just a straight-up knock-off from a different manufacturer.
