    Sarthank Brother recognized me while I was shopping. He told me that he wants me to review his Tigor BS6 and I was surprised and happy as a lot of people were asking for Tigor BS6 review and I was searching for the owner. God Helped me :)
    I drove his car and took Drone shot and other videos and while we were talking he mentioned the big issue he was facing. I was shocked. I was upset for 2 days and wanted to make sure not only he gets the resolution but this feedback reaches to you guys and also toTata so that they work on it.
    Please share as much as possible!

      Dear @TataMotors I am also planning to buy Nexon but for last one month I am not just able make a final decision only because of service issue.
      It really feels disgusting when you spend lakhs of rupees to buy your dream car and get a horrifying experience at service center. My kins have Tata car and they have experienced such issues with service . Neither they know how to resolve problems , highly lacking skills, nor they know how to behave..its really BIG DETERRENT!!!
      I want to say that I am proud of TATA CARS but then the whole experience shatters that idea..

      @TataMotors I'm a Tata 2012 Nano owner and I'm planning to buy altroz but if this service issues keep on coming i have to change my mind and switch to some other brand please resolve this issue asap and keep our trust on the brand.

    Hey , I'm Rahul and this is the same issue I faced on my Tata Tigor XZA+ few days back.
    I bought this car 2 months back and one fine day I was returning from my college, I stoped my car at a store to buy some stuff and then the car didn't start. All electronics n other things are working but engine was not starting.
    I called the RSA they came inspected but said we have to tow to the service station so they towed to the dealer. Next day I visited the showroom they made me to sit there fir apx 5 hrs , no one was looking over my car. After they received the call from CSA lucknow they open the Bonet n said ki sir aap ghar jaiye hmlog call krenge aapko bann jaegi toh . Then I asked ki baat kya hai they said sir koi electronic problem h , toh hmlog aaj bna kr test krenge raat me rakh kr . Toh I said ok
    Toh next I called the service they said ki haan sir bann gyi hai care aa jaiye aap.
    I went there when I asked what was happened they was unable to answer .
    "Mere papa puche engineer se toh bola sir kch hua nhi tha apne se start ho gyi "
    When I asked the person who made my job card , he said , sir relay aur fuse kharab tha toh vo change kiye h but aisa koi fault nhi tha RSA se engineer aaya vo check kiya sb n sab on ho rha tha . Toh I said ok toh jo parts change hua hai uska bill provide krdijiye qki they're saying ki warranty me cover ho gya h , then I said that ok but if the parts covered under warranty give me a zero rupee bill ki kya kya change hua hai... Then after few mins he came back n said sir relay me current ki dikkat thi vahi bana hai part nahi change hua hai ... Toh I asked ye aapne kahi likha hai mere bill me ? Nothing was mentioned there. They were not talking to me for asking so many questions they said we have washed your car u can take your delivery. I tested the car and it was working fine but I still have a fear that they didn't explained me what happened so if I m out of city or with family is this situation happen what I going to do.
    Sorry the msg is too long but they didn't answer the problem and the chats between us were too long in continuation, I didn't mention this here .

    Tigor XZO (P) owner since Apr2017 in Delhii.e bought within first 10 days of its launch. Untill now am completely satisfied with product as well with services. My good wishes to you.

    If you like the car you buy it . Its the car you have to buy and not the service guys. Service ppl can be changed. Try out other service centers in the City to get better experience with Tata also changing and tampering with headlights is illegal as per Supreme Court of India. Its fineable as per law. So this might be the issue. Anyone buying a new car please keep in mind that you don't tamper with headlights.

      They have void their warranty.. Now his car cannot be serviced under that.
      Secondly Go to Karol Bagh & see what the guys do there with their cars. If that doesn't void the warranty I don't know what will.

    I myself own a Tata Tiago car.... the 1st Tiago I bought in Ludhiana on the day it was launched.....through out my Tata journey I felt the car was really good but the service centre and customer satisfaction was really poor.... down the lane I thought to buy a SUV this year and I had two choices Harrier or Hector Plus...... taking my lesson from service centre I bought hector plus.... seriously the way I get help and feedback from MG guys in any kind of trouble is commendable .....I don’t know after 4-5 years what car I will again buy but still I would love to buy a Tata again if I discover the customer handling is top notch.

    not all service centers are bad. In my city both service center and dealership is amazing. I am tata customer about 15 years.
    Even at every service they also change vipers as a complementary gift.

      I feel like since Changing or tampering with head lamps is against the law and will have an effect on warranty. One should not do that.
      Maybe the dealer / service guys are not helpful in this case. It should not be a problem if a personal changes headlights from a service center and not retro fit the same.

    Being an Indian I support Tata motors and every indian product. But this kind of incident forces us to keep distance from indian product and create an indian stigma even inside an Indian's mind. I suggest to upload this video on the Twitter & Facebook page of Mr Ratan N Tata. I believe he'll definitely look after this kind of issue.

    He might have not named the servive center...bt in my case it was autovikas motinagar. I have also bought tigor xz+ in march and when i went for my first service at autovikas, my car was not even washed even after keeping wd them for 24hrs...had to get it washed and wait there the next day and was returned without any checks (the instrument cluster had stopped working, and as per them it ws a temporary error and was fixed)
    Then i got in touch wd thr service heads and business heads and then it was serviced properly at a diff service center.

    TATA, Maruti , Hyundai service centres are just front of my House but I choosed Ford just because I didn't want this level of Headache. While I go to 500 km (round trip) for service. And ford Service advisor really consider it. I did it because I daily observe their behavior toward costumer and Product.

    : इतने के estimate मे करवाना है तो करवा वरना निकल यहा से,
    Suddenly co-partner/ Manager comes :
    :: धक्के मार के निकालूँ इससे पहले खुद निकल जा ।
    I regularly absorb this type of shock from Tata service center . I hope Tata will look on it.

      @@RidiculouslyAmazing, I admire your efforts but let me tell you something you may not like. A desi company is a desi company and cannot compete with American companies in customer service. Amazon is an American company and its customer service is million times better than Flipkart which is basically a desi company. Believe me because I have lived in USA for many years and been here for last 3 years. Bad service is in the culture of Indian businesses and it's very difficult to change someone's culture. TATA is a desi company and its going to be very difficult for them to change this aspect of bad and dishonest customer service.

    This is call true review and we have to agree that TATA Motors is not upto the market standard in terms of after sales service. I was thinking to buy Nexon. However, I need to think again.

    More over tell that manager ,,, electrical wires were not checked and confirmed in the document during PDC of the vehicle ,,
    It might be before purchase only ,,,,

    sir even my friend recently have bought tigor xz and we also noticed that the finishing of the car was not good like the plastic having rough from somewhere and have broken and some of the rubber quality also we noticed that the one of the tier was looking out of shape and we said to please check the air but they said it was okay later we found the puncher in it, i think when it comes to tigor the quality is not good

      People are good and bad both and similarly not all the service center are bad. My experience has been great so far!!
      And if needed I am ready to fight for you guys!!
      DO not stop yourself to buy your dream car. This video is about 1 bad manager in good dealership and motive was to give feedback to Tata so that we can get better services in the future.
      I had a work with the GM of that dealership and issue is resolved in 30 minutes and I am pretty sure that manager might have learnt his lesson and he will think 100 times before misbehaving to any customer!

      मेरे पास टाटा विस्टा है मैं मगर यह टाटा अल्टरोज नजर में भा गई पुरानी बातें भूल चुका था और बाहर से सर्विस करा रहा था सोचा था मैं नई ले लूं भूला बिसरा पुरानी कार लेकर टाटा वालों कहां गया था सर्विसिंग कराने के लिए मगर सर जी इतना खराब व्यवहार था कि क्या बताएं ऐसे समझ रहे थे एक कचरा का डिब्बा हमारे यहां आ गया मैं तो गया था उनकी व्यवस्था अच्छी हुई कि नहीं मगर टाटा वाला का कुछ सुधार नहीं अब सोच रहा हूं कुछ बैठ कर लो नई i20 के लिए

    All this is happening. Me and my friend bought new cars in 2018. First car I liked is Tiago amt. But my wife however liked swift amt. Well we bought swift and they bought Tiago. To my surprise he has already sold Tiago for a huge discount and bought a desire. In just two years. Keeps saying he is fed up of repairs. Compared to that our swift has gone to sc just three times two for anual service and twice because they called and asked to just turn in the car for some service camp offers . Gets a free wash and checkup from time to time. I am a Maruti user from almost 1986. Also my zen is 19 years old now. Just don't feeling to turn it in just yet. Reliability is something....

And needs something to do with the Tigors rear (well "RARE "as per our youtube experts) doors. which hits you on your face(or chest) if you try opening it

      After sales always depends on how you communicate and treat your car. Damping a small wire can have warranty issues so not to play with warranty for your needs.

    I too have problems with Tata dealer. In site of having extended warranty and AMC by paying extra 20k, I have to keep paying every time my car goes through services. I very disappointed spending 7.5 lakhs for Tigor xza 2018.(Amt) car is performing perfect, but service is very poor...

    only because of the dealer cheap behaviour Tata is suffering but why don't they took action on them . if Tata will not change then inspite of having good car they will be out of market.
    I have Nexon xm petrol and the day of delivery antena was missing they told they will arrange in few days still not arrenge.
    now I am planning to bye car for wife even I like altroz but because of this incident I will choose other manufacturers

    Two months back I had also purchased Tigor xza+ in Lucknow and even I had also faced service quality issues. Just after one week of purchasing the car I went to lucknow agra expressway and Its was raining. Then only I came to know that the stock wiper blades provided with vehicle are of such poor quality that it was almost impossible to see through windshield. Only I know how I managed to drive those 200kms at night in heavy rain. On the very next day when I contacted tata dealership they just refused they cant help as these are wear and tear products and they cant help me with this. I was shocked how come a new vehicle's wipers be worn out in very first rain but they simply denied to help.I also own a Honda brio but its wiper blades work fine after 7 years also but tata gave me lame excuse that new car's wipers are worn out. RIP TATA's service.

Car is good but kuch small issues hai quality related jaise seats k niche wires open pade hue the meri new car me aur jab maine complain ki toh bole ki kisi ne legs se yeh wires hata die hain. Lko me kisi bhi dealer se car puchase kro but lene se phle dus bar car properly check jarur kr lijie.

    TATA BUY BUY or TATA bye bye it depends on service experience.
    Tata should tighten it's grip on it's dealers.
    There should not be any unpredictability about any of the service Center of TATA.
    Why a customer should explore different TATA service Center to get better service? TATA should explore for bad one and kick them out.

    40 per 4th gear nahi hona chahey, iski gear range bad hai 3 pr he chill plus tachometer indicate. karma hai ismy when to downshift or upshift. I have same car same colour same model in manual. only noise or vibration is when car is still and ignition is on. other wise kabuki vibration nahi aayega. high gear pr low speed mey aata he hai

      The service center guys at any brands service centers are the people like us. They are not alien. So service quality depends upon company policies and number of service centers in that area. As the service centers quantity will increase service quality will automatically become better. You may have noticed that where service centers are more than one service quality is good in that area because there is comptition. So wait for more service center to open.

    Inline 3 are efficient than inline 4, Tata cars are mostly 100-200 kgs heavier than competitors for using high tensile steel.
    Now comparing Tata Tigor XZA to Honda Amaze S CVT
    Both are 4 stars NCAP with same boot space
    Amaze is 93 kgs lighter with CVT transmission, now CVT are costlier, still on road Amaze is ₹34,000 costlier, Tire size steel wheel 175/65 R14"x5"J(Amaze) vs Alloy 175/60 R15"x5.5"J (Tigor) & front suspension is Regular MacPherson strut than dual path strut. Tata car's suspension have always been design for Indian road condition. So Honda compensate for expensive CVT by using cheaper Tire size, steel wheels & reqular front suspension design. Sir, its not easy to give same car at lower price without compromising on profit. So if honda is not ready to lower their profit then why should Tata. Now yes Tata sevice has been bad for some good for some.

    There is gradual improvement in TATA service.
    There is simple logic behind this improvement.
    During the days of Indica 10- 15 years ago, TATA products and services used to be value for money than it's competitors. You can say TATA used to care for price conscious people.
    They used to sell Indica Vista with more features in 50 to 60 thousands less than Swift or Ritz or I20.
    After Nano experience it all has changed, now TATA is developing it's products, keeping safety in focus along with design and features (price is not the prime concern)
    For similar work Hyundai service charge used to be higher then TATA, thus they used to pay higher remuneration to their mechanics than TATA.
    During those days I witnessed many experienced senior mechanic shifted job from TATA to Hyundai. But in recent past this job hopping is bidirectional and resulting in improvement of quality of service of Tata too. These are my personal experience at both service center.
    One more thing I have to add, for last couple of years now social media and many you tubers are helping customers to such a level that the companies and dealerships have to improve their behaviour. This video is an example.

    I really dont agree. I have a tata tigor bs6 myself. The car is awesome and service is top class. Already went through 1st service plus additional service requests as well..all free of cost. I have faced absolutely zero issues.

      I am using Tata from last 4 years and I am a happy customer but there should be someone to give feedback to Tata if something bad happens. I could not leave Sarthak Brother in the middle. I had to help him and at the same time I wanted to make sure that we give feedback to Tata s well.

      I don't have a doubt on the product but after sales service of some of the TATA dealers. When we spend such an amount on a new car we don't want any headache for first few years. Seeing some videos as such it definitely generates a small doubt whether I should go for it!!!

      Waste! It's just gimmick to attract people who wants to showoff with useless features.
      Sunroof - useless.
      Automatic Headlamps - Not necessary.
      Automatic wiper - Not necessary.
      Steering mounted control - Not necessary.
      For all this 50K extra. There is absolutely no useful feature.
      If you want to go for this variant, it is better to go for XZ by adding another 50K and you get a load of useful features like 7 inch infotainment system, reverse camera with guidelines, sharkfin antenna, day&light irvm, fog lamp with cornering assistance, 4 additional tweeters, rear ac, height adjustable seatbelt, rear seat headrest.
      If not, then it's better to stay with XM.

    Just saying ambient lights can affect the electronics as the external ambient lights are mostly Chinese.. And in my car I had installed ambient lights due to which my music system LED display went totally out and I saw it fluctuating as I used to plug those lights in and out..

      This video is about 1 bad manager in good dealership and motive was to give feedback to Tata so that we can get better services in the future.
      I had a work with the GM of that dealership and issue is resolved in 30 minutes and I am pretty sure that manager might have learnt his lesson and he will think 100 times before misbehaving to any customer!

    Sir even if there is single cut on the any wire loom then the ecu starts misbehaving. N ur problem has started after changing ur bulb but not before changing, even if theres no accessories fitted the person who changed ur bulb might have cut ur wire by mistake, thats misbehaving

    Tata product is good but these are human person to person issues on ground which needs to be addressed, not all dealers are problem but yes many people needs to be taken care off...we cannot say we will not buy tata we ..will buy tata because its indian company doing lot of good work so we want that too be justified..but yes dealer issue of any human personal issue we need to raise it to tata so that they do not have any option but to rectify...so we will noy buy is not good response as i saw many times..i am am also tata user and have two vehicles no issue's...if any problem i directly mail to tata motors..

    I don't know how to drive and after checking so many cars I purchased Tata Tigor XMA in this march just before lockdown. My first service was pending and when I requested they arranged pick up and drop facility. However I am not sure what all they have done but I haven't faced any issues as of now. But now I am kinda scared with his experience. Tata should focus on his services as after sale service is what makes a happy customer and increase credibility.

    I want to highlight one more issue. I am unable to highlight the same. This is regarding the use of Adblue for tata trucks. Tata is forcing to use tata ad blue and threatening to void the warranty if users don't buy tata adblue. Can this be done? Please get back to me.

    True , I had a bad after sales experiences at Hyderabad ,Banjara hills TATA showroom (MALIK CARS), They pulled extra money of around 40,000+ above the Invoice. After following up for 6 months and arguing with them with proofs, at last they agreed but they refused to repay the amount and said I can do any thing I want. till date they didnt return my money. I purchased TATA Hexa from them. after watching this video I can relate with my worst experience with TATA dealer. TATA makes such a good cars in fact value for money but the experience we get is worst. Which is completely reverse with Maruti that I purchased last year (Spresso VXI AMT) . Now this month I am planning to buy another car for my spouse (Tigor ZXA+) but when recollecting my past experience I am very very scared to ever go again to TATA cars :(

    Bhai when you bought new car that too top model why you have changed the lights? if it was so necessary you could have done that from dealer itself. i am not saying that the behaviour of that manager was good we should not accept that behaviour but we should take more precautions not to do any kind of changes from outside market.

      @@everydayfitness6605 yes i do agree but we should do the changes from dealers itself.because if you paid 8-9lakhs for the top model you can invest 5-8k more for these small changes.Simply to save 2k-3k whole warranty got spoiled.

      Brother I agree with you that we should fit the accessories from Tata to avoid warranty damage!
      If someone installs LED or Halogen with more wattage then there may be an issue but in his case it was just the bulb upgrade and that it too he installed LED with less wattage and there was no wire cut or peel done.

      vivek dadas Kia service is same if you faced major problems. Kia is owned by Hyundai.See service and select service centre.one service centre is bad it doesn’t mean every service centre is bad

      Shi kaha bhai Ekdum.... Dealership Mein Jo bnde service krwaane aate hain unhe toh koi puchta nahi hai... Koi bnda service centre ki reiki krne aaega bina Gaadi ke toh uski kyaa hee sunwai hogi... Aur sala Tata ke itne owners bhi nahin hai jo apna experience bataa sakein.... Aur jin cities Mein dealer hee ek hai... Woh kyaa roz roz bangalore pune jaaenge apni service krwaane

      Brother its not like this everywhere.....i own tata altroz in muzaffarnagar and from car washer guy to the manager and even the owner of the showroom and sevice center is very helpful and very co-operative👍

      People are good and bad both and similarly not all the service center are bad. My experience has been great so far!!
      And if needed I am ready to fight for you guys!!
      This video is about 1 bad manager in good dealership and motive was to give feedback to Tata so that we can get better services in the future.
      I had a work with the GM of that dealership and issue is resolved in 30 minutes and I am pretty sure that manager might have learnt his lesson and he will think 100 times before misbehaving to any customer!

    Brother don't go to the service center from tata dealer ...for any next service just take ur free services and keep standing there when ur car is getting serviced. If any other issues is there in ur car...then go for outside well experienced machanicall agencies they will do all the good thing for ur car ...even if you are using ur car as a good user ..then you will not need any of so called warranties .
