Agreed with the owner. Tata is getting too complacent with their services just because inki popularity increase ho gayi hai. While I love my Tiago, I will also never choose Tata unless completely necessary.
Thank you for making this video, Vinod ji. Much needed. Tata cars are awesome, but service centres are a complete nightmare. I still think twice before getting small issues fixed from the service centre.
Tata should give a direct complaint resolving mobile no. Of some executive to its registered users or make some kind of an online portal to check and track the complaints and queries of their registered customers .
Why is it that there are issues in Tata cars which frustrate owners from the last several years yet the company is not serious ? I have owned Maruti cars for 27 years and Honda also from last 2 years and my experience with both these Japanese companies is same. Each time any of my vehicles return from the service center either after service or any small issues I get a request from the company to give feedback and they keep reminding till a feedback is given and they give the number and name of the person to be contacted in case any issues surface after the service. Many companies follow this practice. Why not Tata ? When Tata is giving physical safety why can't they give mental peace to people who spend their hard earned money to buy Tata cars ? Each time I see a video like this on Tata I thank my stars that I never bought a Tata vehicle !
@TataMotorsCars Really it's a pathetic situation. I also own a Tata Nexon. Never ever my issues are sorted out . Persons at authorised service center are so that they are habituated of anyhow masking the issue because they don't have the technical expertise to sort out the issue. They are not at all ready to understand or listen it's so pathetic.
50,000 km baad tata ki gadiyan dibba hain ... Pehle shuru mein acchi chalti hain, fir aftermarket parts success nhi hote, sirf Tata service centre se costly genuine parts lene padte hain ..
These two issues even i had faced, ABS light was on and i drove 7-8months but nothing different i felt while breaking or driving, but when yearly service came it was corrected and till now it never came back again....2nd problem i think its not a problem, i have seen in winters,this is very common in many tata cars, because of auto ac, when heater is used the grills gets heated and because of that even after switching off the AC the hot air comes in, another reason can be Auto air circulation, when all the windows are closed the air still comes in through AC vents for fresh air circulation
my experience with tata nexon 2022 model xm theek nahi raha.... 8000 km pe hi rear right suspension kharaab ho gya, change karwana pada, fir ab 1 week pehle hi engine mount main hi problem aa gyi or ajeeeb si awaaz anay lagi or vibration bhi badh gayi.... no peace of mind at all ,vo bhi 11000 km chalne par hi.. 2 years ho gye hain 2022 passing hai. reverse gear bhi kabhi kabhi atak jata hai, . meri running nahi hai zayada fir bhi ye problems
Ever since I bought Tata flagship car, I have been facing continuous quality issues, which never seem to end. Product is of substandard quality. Documented everything by mail...still waiting for resolution. Their production team seems to be totally incompetent and quality control team seems to be asleep. Right from buying experience, everything is substandard. One more thing to remember, already inadequate service centres also gets overwhelmed because of never ending quality issues. Regretting purchase even before completion of year one. Standard excuse is "all vehicle are same sir". Jugad solution is their primary method of resolution.
Same issue of AC vent in my nexon.Heat keeps coming when the blower is off. Told CS multiple times. It gets fixed for few days and issue comes back. I will not buy tata next time. All the basic has so many issues.
Tata proudly says VOCAL FOR LOCAL.. But what's the point jub services mei aisa treat kiya jae. Bahar ke brands MG, VW SKODA sub nei product improvement ke sath SERVICES pe kitna jyada IMPROVEMENTS kiya hai.. Par apni desh ki hi company apne hi logo ki pareshani ko Ignore karne lage toh kya kiya jae.. Even when I was shopping for car, Harrier almost done thi.. The main reason I cancelled my booking coz service center ki info lene gaya.. 2 customer with 2 NEW DELIVERED Harrier sath service center mei khade thei.. One was having Steering issues. Another was having infotainment error. And these error were there within 2-4 months interval. They had to regularly visit the service center but Sirf unko TAALA gaya.. So why they proudly display VOCAL FOR LOCAL jub LOCALS ki problems ki value hi nai
My Dad is HANDICAPPED he also drives Nexon AMT 2 years old delivery ke 2 day se gaadi mai dikat hai 5-6 baar breakdown ho chuki hai worst experience of Tata Nexon. New car hai service centre mai ko problem batayi toh kahte hai ki woh apka waham hai.
Similar experiences also seen in Tata service centre in Goa. If you enquire about a part or an accessory...they say NOT AVAILABLE, whether you will be able to procure it for me?...NO/CAN'T ASSURE, where it will be available?....WE DON'T KNOW.. are the kind of responses you get to hear. Even if it is a minor issue of fixing the boot door lock, they give excuses that they are burdened with too many vehicles and will not be able to give appointment. They dont even suggest when they will be able to fix one. I always wanted my first car to be a Tata car and bought Tiago in 2021. When you have to travel 140 kms up-down to your nearest Tata service centre, these are not the kind of responses you would desire from a respected brand like Tata.

Tata has serious issues with their employees. They consider their jobs as govt jobs. Although I never faced a single issue with service centre they are as good as hyundai. However, such cases are big issue

Get ur abs wiring checked once .mostly there is wiring issues in tata cars and service center are not to be blamed its all about quality control which is very poor at the plant itself .Service Center vale bhi kahan tak theek krenge .Also they are not trained enough so all they do is just remove the error codes through laptop and thats it .
I am using 2019 model. Please adjust your ac temp to middle of blue and red (means neither blue nor red) and keep ac switch on. You will get only air flow.
Bhaiya I have tata Altroz XT P (MAY2022) AC vents se hot aur aati hai or gearbox shifting k time stuck hota hai .. or bhi bohot se issues aa rahe hai, tata service centre p Aaj Tak ek chij ka solution nahi mila hai. Unke waha check karwao to wo kahte hai esa koi issue nahi h ya kabhi kabhi koi issue aata hai to wo koi problem nahi hai. Worst product of #TATA safety or local for vocal soch kar li thi 😔
I also have that hot air issue in my nexon , i dont think that higher authorities are not getting to know about tata service ,every now n then there is some case of tata cars, as long as their cars are selling i dont think they going to improve. Their top management is the only reason , then be it servicing , or designing . even 10 yr old can make better decision then them . first they launch empty car , then in the gaps of months they 1 by 1 starts adding feature, when its 3-4 yrs then car is complete . and who gets fooled here , us. Not to forget their colour facelifts 😂, they have to give those features later , then why not give them from start. They dont have any car , in which they have not done this . they even tried to degrade fiat engine with harrier 😂, and after criticism they went to normal . They like criticism .

I have tiago and its dead axle got cracked by its own not a single scratch on it other than crack, I had to pay 17 k. such low quality spares has been used by tata.I won't buy next tata car for sure.

Sir i had same issue in SANTRO 2021 Just the wiring is loose from the front end I also made them change tyre hubs and many more things My issue also came in just one month from the buying date.... So just make them recheck ur wiring And sir this blower giving warm air happens with us tooo Its like common issue these days

We should not worry about the warranty, resale and all I guess. Just go to a better private knowledgeable mechanic. Tata Service centre is a money making machinery thats all.
If ratan tata has so much money for charity, why the hell is he not investing in tata motors aftersales provided we paid for their bloody car! Most tata owners including me myself will never buy a tata again due to their tatti engineering and quality control!
Tata is not improving their services and keep selling the vehicle. The service center employee behaves like they belong to old type government sector employee. Even they improved a lot. i do own Nexon 2021 and faced this issue with every service and to every service center. There is no transparency either if they are installing the product or not during services but they do charging for the same. I will not recommend Tata to anyone now. They need to improve a lot.

And aaj kal youtube ek shor machane ka source banta ja raha hai...instead of wasting time on yt one should go to strive and sit with them and resolve...and after market ka kaam hone ke baad koi bhi company ya service centre own nahin karta...aur ye bhai aap 3 years se kis ka wait kar rahe ho...

I would still prefer suzuki brezza over nexon. 4 star acceptable but not a bad car.

I totally agree with owner, Tata motors have a lot to improve on servicing. I don't have good experience both in personal and Comercial vehicle
For AC try to off both AC and automatic climate control and see if the problem solve or not.
AC is off, climate control is off. Both are off. Still the vent becomes hot, you can feel small amount of air coming.

Tata is not up to the mark, I switched within 2 years & shifted to hyundai far much better quality & reliability.

Both are good, depends on your requirements like how much is the daily run, if you need extra torque etc

@@diliprath4946 please read in detail what I said...first main ya last main agar koi problem hai to uska ek process hai aur process follow kiye bina log yutube ko ek zariya bana rahe hain paisa kamane ka....hard fact yeh hai ki sale kam karwani hai bas..with vested interest...I have already told above ki process hai aur koi bhi banda 3 years wait nahinkarta..investigate karo ge kuch chezain bhi bahar ayegi...dealer se kaya baat hoti hai ye koi nahin janta aur dealer koi company nahin hota koi bhi ho...aur kitni company main problems ati again kaun shor macha raha hai koi nahin...maine sirf ek call kiya tha company main 10 call ageye thee mujhe satisfy karne ke liya aur dealer pe pressure bana tha..aur mujhe koi nahin janta conpany main...so the people who follow process unko satisfaction milta hai baki shor to sirf yt pe hi Ana padega ya vested interest hobto ..baki khuda janta hai sach kya hai..
